Po Sam's Reviews
I enjoy Po Sam’s. Try to make it a point to stop in even for a drink while around town. The waitstaff for the most part is always fantastic, but lately the food has been a bit off. Cold and bland. … high hopes for a turn around. Has a lot of potential and amazing building and vision.
We placed a very large order on Saturday Jan 24th for my sons birthday party. I called about a week ahead of time and placed my order of like 10 pizzas and 4 orders of breadsticks to be ready for pick up by 1-1:30. Presley, the owner took my call and order and was such a pleasure to chat with and she had everything ready for us on the day of pick up at the time she stated! Everything was delicious and was a huge hit with all the party guests and the birthday boy!! 10/10 would...read full review
We went for my son’s 18th birthday and did the golf and gamble. All ages had a great time and food and drink were great I appreciate them following the boil order no matter how much people harass them lol 😂 perfect family and friends atmosphere!

Po Sam’s is a local restaurant in Libby that offers a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and a menu with creative influences from around the country. The restaurant is run by Matt and Presley, and the menu reflects Matt’s years traveling the country as a contractor and discovering regional food along the way. The black bean soup had a strong Southwest Santa Fe influence with a subtle Cajun spice that gave it real depth. The shrimp and polenta was excellent, with a blend of Southwest and Cajun seasoning, creamy polenta with a warm cheese infusion, and fresh pesto. The flavors were balanced and memorable. They also serve Libby Logger Lite, a lager made specifically for the restaurant, along with BiasBrewing that is also handcrafted for PO' Sam's. The Double with 2 choices of meat is available. The chicken bacon ranch wood fire pizza was delicious. A large order of like 10 pizzas and 4 orders of breadsticks was ready for pick up at the time stated, and everything was delicious. The golf and gamble was fun for all ages. The waitstaff for the most part is always fantastic, though lately the food has been a bit off, cold and bland. There is a lot of potential and an amazing building and vision.
