The absolute rudest service I think I have ever received in my life. This place definitely needs a manager or total turnover. Horrible.

I usually love Dairy Queen, chicken strip basket is the best with onion rings. This is the onion rings are soggy with old grease, strips are bland and I can tell you it’s old grease as well and the toast isn’t even toasted, milkshake is mostly foam. On top of that they didn’t have a scanner to scan for the dq app to use my points. This is by far the worst. Yuck yuck yuck!

If an item doesn't come with sauce on it and it would anywhere else, tell the customer. I now have an unhappy child that won't eat their food because they couldn't be bothered to say anything.

I asked for a mini oreo blizzard with extra oreos. When it was handed to me, it has huge chunks of oreos, i asked if they could blend it one more time and they said they couldn't after it was handed to me so I asked if they could remake it but blend it twice instead of once. The girls gave me attitude and I didn't receive a remake. I was pretty much told that's the way the machine is and they couldn't blend it more than once which I know not to be true bc it had been done at other DQs that we have been to. They just didn't want to do their job to keep a customer happy. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. It was the worst service I have had in a long time. They also forgot my drink order and didn't bother to ask my husband what he wanted to drink with his meal so he didn't get a drink. The fries were old and soggy. Don't use this place as a stop for food if you are traveling.

Inside atmosphere is ok definitelybetter service if you go inside. Drive through service sucks! One girl only whispers and if you tell her you can not hear her she gets angry and will yell at you. Half the time they do not get your order correct and become agitate when you tell them. Very disappointed in what Dairy Queen has become over the last year and a half to two years.

It took forever to get my food and then when I did get it they gave me the wrong food I got food poisoning from it don't eat here

Not sure what happened. It used to be clean with good food and Dairy products. It's SO awful now, I had a fifteen dollar fish sandwich with a shake. Pitched the sandwich one bite in, it was so bad!! The shake was bland but ok. Come on raise your bar to match your ridiculous prices. If it was good I wouldn't be so bummed. Maybe you should owner operate so you get a feel for what's happening in your franchise.
