One of my favorites. This spot offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels straight out of the Irish countryside. The food is consistently delicious and comforting, and I always look forward to their seasonal cocktails, live music, and relaxed patio service during the summer months. A go-to favorite year-round.
Have visited on two occasions over the past few years, both times in late May. I have not tried their food so get 4 stars because I don't know but have had several adult beverages there and in both visits they were good. Service was consistent each time with attentive and friendly staff. Prices are OK. Ample free street parking around the area.
We didn't realize it was Octoberfest when we decided to get dinner in Livingston. The streets were full of people. The Fighting Goat was packed.. but few tables were marked reserved. We were told by the hostess it would be about 30 minutes for a table. But as were getting ready to leave a gentleman who may have been the manager asked what we needed. (A table for 3.) He asked if we'd take a high top and we said YES! We were seated shortly!!!
