Gil’s was TOP NOTCH!! Happened across it while on vacation and hiking in Livingston. The service was OUTSTANDING, the food was AMAZING!!! When they say best falafel they’re not kidding, all the ingredients are super fresh and sustainable. I’d highly recommend, if you’re in the area, treat yourself to a delicious meal at Gils’s!!

Not many choices in Livingston so we tried it twice now. Both times the food has been either cold and undercooked or over cooked to the point it is inedible. On top of the bad food it is as well overpriced.

Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from Allie and all the staff! They were super busy and she still made sure our drinks stayed full and food came our quick. 1st time in and the staff on the non bar side was super friendly on how each side worked. The cooks definitely know what they are doing each bite of our food was just as good as the 1st. Will be back for sure.

The Gils signature burger has to be in the top 3 best burgers of my life!!! That monster burger was mouthwatering!!!! It was so impressive I did something I've never done visiting from out of town and went back the next day for lunch. On that trip I tried the pizza all the patrons raved about. It was also absolutely worth the visit! Perfect, stone fired thin crust. The toppings were high quality. They have a lovely selection of local, craft brew. My only regret is not living closer so I could get Gils again!
Great little place with a deli style dining on one side and a bar with sit down dining on the other. Great food! We both had the chicken sandwich with fries. Grilled chicken with spinach and an aioli sauce and Swiss cheese....cooked perfectly! We'll be back!

We had seen this bar next to a restaurant a few days before so we decided to go back. The bar had a cool vibe. The food we ordered from next door was very fresh and delicious! We spoke to who I believe was an owner, she was so friendly and welcoming! My chicken sandwich was so juicy. The Cuban sandwich was buttery and scrumptious. Amon was our waiter. He was personable and attentive. We will be back if we are ever in the Livingston area again!

The best experience possible! That carrot ginger soup is so creative and super delicious! I will try making it at home. Both wood fired pizzas are fantastic , especially the Greek lamb one. Gelato and sieve and coffee cakes are all great! Service was a bit slow due to large crowd but without us complaining at all, they gave us a bit discount when we order ice cream and dessert later!

This is a great little restaurant in Livingston, MT. We had pizza, burgers & baked goods - everything was great! Good selection based on other restaurants in the area. The town is quaint with original neon signs that light the downtown at night. We had lunch & all of the staff were super friendly & accommodating.

This place did not disappoint. The only thing that was not good was the wait. After placing our order, having to suffer watching all the amazing dishes pass by made me want to try each one. I don't know if I've ever had a traditional cubian, but I would hope it would taste like theirs. My wife had an amazing burger with REAL sweet potato fries ( not yam fries).
