Must stop in if you are in the area and enjoy a locally brewed beer. This place is a welcoming and comfortable place. I was from out of town and was wearing some Iowa Hawkeye gear. The owner, with an Iowa connection, immediately came over and said hello as not too many Hawkeyes find themselves in Livingston, MT. The staff was also incredibly thoughtful. The beers were great. They had a lot of smooth and great tasting beers. If you find yourself in Livingston, Montana, I highly encourage you to stop by and give the owner a high five and tell him go Hawks!

Friendly staff large selection of beer on tap. Visited too late for food. But the reason they get 5 stars is they are dog friendly and even had dog treats behind the bar when I was there.

We held a surprise party for my wife’s birthday, for 35 people at Katabatic’s “Trackside Bar” (formerly “Uncorked”). Katabatic’s owner, Shawn, his event coordinator, Brad, and bartender Mikayla (sp?) handled everything for the party. They could not have been more friendly, accommodating, helpful, polite, professional, and fun! It was a fantastic evening because of the incredible staff and facility. They went above and beyond in every way, including professional signage on the front door for the occasion! We had excellent food brought in from the Mexican restaurant next door, Fiesta en Jalisco, and Gill’s Goods. Everyone and everything was perfect! Thank you ??

Brad and Katabatic were great to work with from start to finish in planning and hosting our event. Staff was very accommodating and they threw in some really nice extra touches we weren’t expecting like menus and a really pretty window sticker. The event space was clean, well decorated, hosted very well by Brad himself and felt intimate and personal which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend, and would definitely hold another event here if the situation ever arose!
