Literally the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to…. And taking our order took at least 7 minutes for two people… super slow service and really dirty place…

We stopped for breakfast driving through and it was awful! And I never leave bad reviews! The Diet Coke machine didn’t work, my husband‘s regular coffee tasted flavored, they gave me my pancakes in a burger box so I thought I got the wrong order and had to run back in again, they should’ve just told me that it was coming in a burger box. And they gave us grape jam instead of hot sauce for my husband‘s burrito.

Urinals over flowing into dining area. Bathroom had water everywhere on the floor, dirty plastic cups on the sink. Only usable toilet filthy. Never seen a bathroom torn apart like that and just left, as none of the workers were apparently concerned with addressing the disgusting issue.
The men’s restroom is crewed by Alex. He is responsible for keeping customers from having access to these facilities during his shift.

Shorter male employee left the bathroom without washing his hands and then while standing behind the counter he tucked his shirt into his pants and, again, didn’t wash his hands. We did not order anything from here and left. Gross.

Super bad customer service and food!! Paid for a deluxe cheese burger, but GF so with lettuce. They gave us an overcooked hamburger on a little bit of lettuce with no other toppings or sauce dry and plan. With no care for their customers.
