I have been eating at the Mint for several decades now and the food is delicious every time. Every. Single. Time. Their standard menu is exceptional and their specials are creative, Don't sleep on their weekend brunch either, it is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional and the drinks are great. The only problem is that it's very popular and so sometimes crowded and loud.

I met some friends for dinner at the mint a couple of weeks ago..I was hesitant to order a steak because I have been so disappointed by so many places recently..The mint did not disappoint at all!Beth was our bartender and she was Amazing... She was very friendly And gave us excellent service even though they were incredibly busy because it was taco night..I ordered a ribeye And it was one of the best steaks I have had in a very long time And that means something coming from me as a cattle producer and former butcher..The mint is now my go to for a delicious steak in Livingston!

Well I sat at the bar and we talked about animals and had a lovely evening. But just as good as that, was my meal. Burger cooked to perfection. Medium rare can be hard to get for a lesser chef. House made ketchup can be hit or miss. Home run here! Shall I continue? Oh yeah, I shall..Chef Alex, on a Monday evening delivered me such a satisfying meal. House made pickles for my burger. To top it all off, I had to go with the key lime pie special desert! House made and I can’t express how much I loved the end of my meal. I want to come back and try some more of these house made items. I’m guessing they’ll all delight!

Halloween Saturday night dining was full of Tricks and Treats! The surroundings were festive and complete with El Dia de los Muertos decor and spooky skeletons everywhere. Our order of burgers was delivered with the incorrect choice of two Black and Blues leaving out the correctly ordered Cowboy burger. The salads subbed in place of fries were correct But we never received the Wings ordered. The cheesecake came out correctly. We regularly enjoy the Mint’s food but what a mixed up night. It wasn’t busy at the time of our dinner so no excuse there. The “tricks” of our ordered and delivered food were “treated” and reflected on our purchase bill. Thank You

The Mint bar is a favorite bar of ours in Livingston. The floors are made of pennies, check it out. Good selection of beers both local and national. My favorite food to eat is the Mac and Cheese.

My fried chicken salad was pretty delicious. However my cocktail was just okay. The electronic music was interesting choice given the historic character of the place. I usually don’t notice these things but it stood out here. Service was inattentive. It was hard to get our waitress’ attention when we were ready to close out.
