We were in Livingston for a wedding and went to many places to eat and wish we would have found this gem first! it was the BEST food. So fresh and amazing! The beet salad was so crazy good. The tarragon vinegarette was (chefs kiss). The rest of the places we tried in Livingston were just another variety of bar food. Highly recommend. And? Best burger as well. Flavors were delightful!

Edamame, Bahn Mi (a burger, not an actual bahn mi) and we took the chef’s choice on sushi. “Prettiest chef’s choice I’ve ever seen.” If you see Beth, tell her we said hi, and let her dazzle you with local knowledge and kindness. Apple crisp for dessert complete with vegan ice cream.

Super nice people that helped us order since it was our QST time and everything sounded great let me tell ya it was!! Had the buger and shawarma. This food is amazing. I’m from the PNW and happened to stumble onto the cart when looking for food. After spending days on the road eating garbage - this was an immense reward. The flavors of the shawarma are insane. It has the right amount of heat and super tender. The fries with the miso mayo are a MUST. They are like crack good. We stopped by for a second time on our way back about four days after and the owner(I think it was the owner) remembered my name the second time I came here! Truly a gem. Really well thought out menu. If you’re passing through you must try it! And as a bonus, it has an awesome patio where you can buy drinks from the neighboring restaurant - they have a walk up window - so you can enjoy the drinks and food together. Enjoy!!
