While we were at The Mint for dinner a local suggested we go to Pinky's for breakfast. Service and food was good and the portions were perfect! It definitely has "home cooking and home town character". Would return again. Thanks Morgan!
There is a set menu and a rotating menu that doesn’t disappoint, so delicious! Pinky’s is a great, inexpensive breakfast option in town. They have limited hours and it’s not large space so there might be a wait, but it’s worth it to shop around downtown while you wait or go come in early before the rush!
We got the eggs Benny and the croissant French toast it was really good. I felt the French toast could have had something else pairing with it to give it some more flavor. The eggs Benny was really good flavor
