Drip coffee from this location has tasted weak and watered down for about a year. I give it a shot every couple of months and it's always a waste of money. Americano today was the same.

The gentleman’s working the counter were very nice and welcoming plus they actually warmed up my loaf of bread because most Starbucks just hand it to me even though I say warmed please. But it’s also very nice and clean inside the store. Got the order correct on the first try so didn’t have to tell them they made it wrong like I had to before.

I have been stopping at this Starbucks since it opened. Drive-through is always quick. The inside is spacious with open seating and friendly Baristas. Drinks and sandwiches are always on point with quick service.

I did not think the negative reviews could really be truly that honest and bad.
I should have listened. It was worse.
I only stopped at this Starbucks with its negative reviews because I was passing my early and nothing else was open (besides possibly a gas station … fyi, if you are stuck in this scenario, stop at the gas station).
I honestly would not care if the customer service was off if my drink order (which is ALWAYS one of two straight forward drinks) was made correctly.
My drink did NOT contain whole milk. My drink did NOT contain any espresso. My drink did NOT contain any caramel.
I took one sip and spat it out. It tasted worse than when a Starbucks once gave me oat waste water instead of whole milk into my latte.

This place has terrible service! They gave me a caramel macchiato without any coffee in it and would not consider the fact that it was made wrong. They were rude, inconsiderate, and childish. Do not purchase coffee here.

Upon closing time I lost sight that this Starbucks was getting ready to close. The barista on shift, a young girl, was incredibly rude and harsh when telling me they were about to close. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for her to have been so harsh and so rude to me!! The experience was so terrible that I have called corporate and reported this Starbucks and the barista. It's really not that hard to be kind to people!!
And according to other people's reviews I have also experienced one of the managers to have terrible customer service!

I came in ordered a frappe and a slice of lemon bread got that I waited over 20 min for my frappe we had to be somewhere when I asked where it was the guy was super rude told me he looked at his phone and said it come out in the order of the machine I said over 20 minutes not an apology or nothing I am from out of town I almost had to leave my stuff
We had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! Stopped here twice on the way to and from Yellowstone National Park, and let me just say that no coffee beats Starbucks coffee! We loved the lattes and the egg and pesto sandwich. Big shoutout to Vivian for being so nice and helpful to us!

Bought a Venti Mocha in the drive through. Service was quick, but the mocha had no chocolate at all, NONE. Pretty disappointing as I travel down the interstate with my milk and coffee I paid $6.90 for.
