The younger lady working there (with pink hair) and the lady with brown hair and a nose piercing were incredibly rude to me and my husband. We came in to order 3 subs and as we told the pink hair lady what we would like on them, she looked back at her other coworker and gave the dirtiest look ever because apparently “we were ordering too much” exact words of the brown hair lady ..she did not even try to hide it or anything. Very rude employees and customer service I’ve had in Livingston so far as a visitor.

Bought three footlong sandwiches the bread was horrible it was dried out old and so hard that it fell apart when you tried to eat it

There was just one guy working and was not fully trained! He told me that there was some of the items he could not do because of lack of training! Shame on the manager for leaving him all by himself! He was really friendly and calm considering his situation! They were out of cheddar cheese and a few other things! Just surprised me to see how much he tried! He had a great attitude about everything and very apologetic! Again shame on the manager!

My wife came down to this eatery for our 12/29/2024 supper meal. This entire store was being manned by ONE employee that was not fully trained. This employee was quite embarrassed but was performing his duties the best that he could under the circumstances. We felt sorry for this employee.

Walked in and was glared at. Never said word and never greeted me. No smile but total attitude about me being there. And when I didn’t say anything all he said was “what you want” young short girl working with the gentleman was working drive through also had an attitude. They sat there in front of customers cussing and arguing.The toasted $12.00 sub I ordered was straight cold, the counters were dirty, floors were dirty and food was cross contaminated. Threw my sandwich in a bag and no napkins, no thank you for coming, no enjoy your food or anything. I didn’t drive 17 hrs just to stop and deal with crappy service. If I was from the area I would never recommend this place.

Customer service was absolutely terrible!! The young girl working there tonight did not even have the common decency, or the respect to even greet me let alone say hello when I said hello to her!! And her attitude in general was really terrible!!
I don't know what the hell is wrong with management as they allow these things to continue to happen with bad customer service!!
Update to my review... Much better in my last two times here since my last review. Much kinder and better customer service.

They tried to kick me out over my Esa to help with my mental issues and they treated us like crap and made my friend storm out because they were glaring at us the whole time I wouldn't recommend if u have any sort of medical condition mental or physical

The store is clean and the people are nice but they ran out of everything and still had 3 hours left before closing so idk if the shipment didn’t come in or if they just got lazy and didn’t wanna prep more. But you can’t run a successful business like that.

Had a mobile order, showed up on the time it was supposed to be done. Two little lover boys took 20 min to make the subs, giggled the whole time. Barley had any meat in it, but had 4 LAYERS of cheese. Sub was cut so thin on one side, could have been mistaken for a pizza.

Lance was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Great attitude. Perfect sandwiches. Clean and organized store. Definitely made this stop on a long trip easier. Long live Cartman !
