Bathroom smells extremely strongly of mold, store was a disaster with food and trash on floor, and the person making our food cross contaminated like it was her job. Touched her hat, hair, face, fridge doors all while returning to handle the sandwiches. Praying to a god I don’t believe in that we don’t get food poisoning. I’m not looking for 5 star gourmet at a Subway in Livingston MT but come on…that was bad folks.

EDITING 10 MINS LATER: My partner found a literal spider in his sandwich. I’m not kidding. Save yourselves.

The dude working only put a layer of pepperoni and salami, there were more vegetables than meat on the sandwich, plus all the tables were dirty smh. Waste of money

Lance was incredible today! He made our subs with care and they were out of this world good! Both my boyfriend and I used to work at subway and took our sandwich artistry and effort very seriously. This is one of those times someone has automatically given that level of care from structural integrity, even placement, perfect roasting, sauce drizzled evenly in perfect amount, wonderful conversation, and prompt service. The sandwiches looked just like the pictures! Kudos to him he needs a raise and promotion!

This subway convinced me to never step foot in this chain again. One of the workers was great and was crushing. The other was obnoxiously slow and not helpful. Customers in the restaurant should get priority over online orders not the other way around.

The poor guy making our sandwiches was new, and needs more training. He needed help, his 2 co-workers did not care or offer assistance. Clearly a terrible work environment and poor management.

Don’t go out in an online order or go through drive through here. Go inside in person and watch them make the sandwich otherwise you get a sandwich that’s missing half its toppings.

The younger lady working there (with pink hair) and the lady with brown hair and a nose piercing were incredibly rude to me and my husband. We came in to order 3 subs and as we told the pink hair lady what we would like on them, she looked back at her other coworker and gave the dirtiest look ever because apparently “we were ordering too much” exact words of the brown hair lady ..she did not even try to hide it or anything. Very rude employees and customer service I’ve had in Livingston so far as a visitor.

Bought three footlong sandwiches the bread was horrible it was dried out old and so hard that it fell apart when you tried to eat it

There was just one guy working and was not fully trained! He told me that there was some of the items he could not do because of lack of training! Shame on the manager for leaving him all by himself! He was really friendly and calm considering his situation! They were out of cheddar cheese and a few other things! Just surprised me to see how much he tried! He had a great attitude about everything and very apologetic! Again shame on the manager!

My wife came down to this eatery for our 12/29/2024 supper meal. This entire store was being manned by ONE employee that was not fully trained. This employee was quite embarrassed but was performing his duties the best that he could under the circumstances. We felt sorry for this employee.
