We ordered 6 pack and a pound. We were told they were out of potatoes ole and would sub chips. I didn’t want chips so I was going to change my order. I told him that I wanted something else instead and he did not respond after about a minute, we backed up and drove back in again to get his attention. We put in a different order and continued through drive through. After a very long wait they finally came to the window. Was asked for a different amount than was quoted at drive through. Realized they had wrong order rang up. Then charged the right amount. Was given our food. Which turned out to be a burrito and chips. But our order was taco salad, and the 2 for 5 fiesta. Never came back to the window so we had to go into the store to get it fixed, we walk in and there is already a customer in the store complaining about their food order . There were about 4 people eating in the restaurant and just a few cars in the drive through, not busy at all. I am assuming they are short of good help in the area and have to settle for anyone. I made the wrong call for sure when I picked this place to eat..
Good tacos, good deal on taco Tuesday!
Did not take my order
The food was good as always. The bathroom was dirty. Shoes stick to the floor dirty. The mirror was grease covered- literally wiped off with a greasy rag. The hallway smelled of feces. The restaurant floor might have been swept this week, but doubtful. If we'd seen the bathrooms first, we would have never ordered food. Tables were dirty. Mercy - what can that kitchen be like????
Only 1 person working. When I pulled up to restaurant I could smell weed.,only person that was working was outside smoking,I looked she had a little bong.when she came in I asked her to wash her hands ,she said she would.but I watched her she only put on glove.after my food was delivered she went back out side and started smoking again
Then a drive thru order cane in.she came back in .went and fixed food and handed to driver.NO GLOVES.such a gross place. I tryed once before and staff was in kitchen cussing and had cigarette pack laying on counter. O just thought I would try again, but never again.i wish I knew how to call owners.DONT EAT AT TACO JOHNS IN LIVINGSTON. DIRTY POT SMOKING STAFF
Not sure why this location does this but they water down the nacho cheese sauce making it super runny and gross.
I don't go often and it's not every time but whoever makes it soupy was working today.
Apparently, their microphones for the drive-thru are not working either so they just want you to order at the menu and drive up to the window. Just ended up going in.
Everything else was good other than the soupy sauce.
Terrible service, dude working definitely has something going on in his life and needs to not be at work with this kind of attitude. Food was soggy waited forever. Will not be back.
I love taco johns and seen today was Cinco de Mayo I had high hopes, but yeah, this location it's horrible, horrible atmosphere. The staff have seem to hate there job horrible mood. Heck they forgot to collect payment i had to remind them i had not payed. I'm utterly shocked how this location is still even open.
I'm disappointed, especially on Cinco de Mayo.
I just recommend everyone else to stay away before you get disappointed. As well.
It's just not worth your effort..
Out of Lettuce, urinal broken, trash overflowing in restroom, tacos drowning in sauce, employees loudly chastising another. The fried chicken burrito was good though.
Taco shells were old tasting, not crunchy.

I love. Absolutely love, little towns. Just not their FAST-food.

Always knowledge to monthly sales and pleasant customer service. To chilly for weather in this area.
Parking: I like your Taco Bravos.

Food is delicious. Kitchen staff are inattentive -- I ordered steak tacos and received chicken. They checked my receipt and replaced the incorrect items. Both times they did bring our order to the table rather than calling us to pick it up, so that was nice. The dining room was a mess. Crumbs under an the tables. Also the tables were dirty and sticky. This is one of my favorite chains in the world though, so I'm sure I will be back.

I stopped here driving between the Bozeman Airport and the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We don't have Taco John's where I live, so I was curious to try it. It's definitely an interesting combination to serve tacos with hash browns but it works! I would probably stop at a Taco John's again, I really liked it.
