I actually don't want to write anything nice about this place, because I don't want it to get overrun by people and ruined. Quintessential small town Montana dive bar that isn't divey at all. Great bartenders, a cast of local characters, and great drinks!!! Love me some Owl!
Went from a great experience to an bad experience. Turn away fast if blonde Karen (she/her, livingston) is working the bar. She is rude, slow and makes awful espresso martinis. Very disappointed in this blonde bartender with a few arm tattos. May or may not return.
We were taking a walk and just happened to drop in to have a quick beverage. The bar tenders and owners were very pleasant and welcoming. They had a live band playing out back. We truly enjoyed our random stop. We would definitely go back.
