I was very disappointed. First, I showed up and the two ladies behind the window were sitting there talking for almost 5 minutes before they opened the window to take my order. They were extremely rude and we could hear them talking crap about us literally right in front of us. Because of this, I decided not to leave a tip. I’m not sure if the lack of tip explains the drink or not but I am glad I didn’t leave a tip because there were grounds of coffee in the bottom of my coffee and it tasted bitter and like dish washer. Very disappointed. Awful experience. I’d say this is a one off, but the last several times I have come here the shots tasted burnt, watery and the flavor is off.

Great little hometown drive through and walk up coffee stand, I've seen them all over western Montana. The coffee is delicious and of good quality and the prices are fair and honest. That ladies on staff were friendly and fast. Yummy, thanks.

Out of all the coffee spots in MT, Florence Coffee is truly the best. I can't even do Starbucks anymore. I recommend any of their fall flavors, toddy coffee, and huckleberry drinks. The staff may change over time, but they're quick and accurate!

They aren't super fast so if you're heading to work be aware, although with enough time it's worth it. The hazelnut white mocha is amazing!
Excellent service and drinks. Only one barista but her attitude was great and she had it down. Very organized and knew her stuff. My husband had the breve latte. Much much better than the one he had Starbucks in Airway Heights (WA) the day before. I tried the Huckleberry Lemonade with Black Tea (I’m a coffee nut but when I’m Montana I always try their huckleberry options if it’s my morning coffee). Very good!
