Worst McDonalds ever. They made ice tea with coffee, my bagel was so hard I couldn’t bite through it and sometimes things are under fried and not crispy.

No stars. Added a specialty drink to one order and that started the confusion. The woman at the drive through window was clearly impaired. I should have questioned the price but honestly I just didn't want to deal with this woman. Food still good. I have lived in the Bitterroot for 30 years. This McDonald's has been a go to for most of those years. Don't think I'll go back. Such a shame.

I don't know how anyone can call the mcdouble cheese burger food. Disgusting and the prep was condiments in one little spot. Sad to see what we loved years ago turned to this. All are the same.

Always make sure your order is correct especially when you're in the drive-thru. They often forget things even simple things like sauces, napkins or straws. I'm only leaving a review right now because I had a horrible interaction with one of their employees, Kristin. She was highly unprofessional and rude.

Ask for no pickles. Then double check with the cashier to make sure he had hit the no pickles button. Told me yes then guess what... pickles on the food and pickles on the receipt... what lazy lazy staff u have.

This McDonalds is awful. Cold fries old grease. Incorrect orders 80% of the time. always forget onions on mcdoubles. they never have pumpkin pies ever. fries when you order a larger one are only half full. Burgers are always cold. ordered 2 crispy chicken deluxe sandwiches got the ones with only pickles on them got charged for delxue.

Finished my breakfast order at 10:29 on the kosik. The manager got rude with the young kid working the register strongly telling him "Do not take anymore breakfast orders"!!! This obviously was not professional as the kid got a little nervous. Also, I had to practically beg for my breakfast order and was told I had to change it to lunch. FINALLY got the food I ordered.
Manager needs to learn to show employees respect and talk to them kindly.

Got 4 sandwiches and 2 had the top buns split in half mayo EVERYWHERE. My coffee was burnt and bitter even though I asked for extra sugar and flavor. Which I could live with if it wasnt a 45 min wait

Trying to order and I can hear them yelling how useless they are at each other. They are blaring music so loud in the back of the store to the point where I you can hear it in the bathroom and can’t hear anything else. someone asked if they are related to a raccoon, an employee yelling at another employee that they are were being racist. And complaining about orders. they are yelling at each other about how they are mature adults and they know how to work. So unprofessional and the manger is yelling at employees for not making things correctly. And nothing was wrapper correctly all fall out when I went to take it out of the bag. No sauce for my nuggets. You ask for table service and instead get your number screamed out. What the point.

I usually only review a place if I have something nice to say, but this place needs to be called out for its horrible service. They repeatedly get simple requests (just no cheese) wrong. Like multiple items or multiple tries on the same visit. And the staff will absolutely ignore you as long as they can till you practically have to jump the counter to get their attention. And god forbid you need help with the ordering kiosk. I don’t expect much. Help me spend my money, get my order right by the second try, and be at least available to your customers. I hope someone higher up at McD’s sees this and can implement some change cuz this location is abysmal.

Have never been to a McDonald’s with slower drive through service. On top of that, the kid who handed me my food didn’t even say a word. Will never return to this McDonald’s ever again. There were only three cars in front of me when I ordered and I spent 15 minutes in line.
