Ask for no pickles. Then double check with the cashier to make sure he had hit the no pickles button. Told me yes then guess what... pickles on the food and pickles on the receipt... what lazy lazy staff u have.

This McDonalds is awful. Cold fries old grease. Incorrect orders 80% of the time. always forget onions on mcdoubles. they never have pumpkin pies ever. fries when you order a larger one are only half full. Burgers are always cold. ordered 2 crispy chicken deluxe sandwiches got the ones with only pickles on them got charged for delxue.

Finished my breakfast order at 10:29 on the kosik. The manager got rude with the young kid working the register strongly telling him "Do not take anymore breakfast orders"!!! This obviously was not professional as the kid got a little nervous. Also, I had to practically beg for my breakfast order and was told I had to change it to lunch. FINALLY got the food I ordered. Manager needs to learn to show employees respect and talk to them kindly.

Got 4 sandwiches and 2 had the top buns split in half mayo EVERYWHERE. My coffee was burnt and bitter even though I asked for extra sugar and flavor. Which I could live with if it wasnt a 45 min wait

Trying to order and I can hear them yelling how useless they are at each other. They are blaring music so loud in the back of the store to the point where I you can hear it in the bathroom and can’t hear anything else. someone asked if they are related to a raccoon, an employee yelling at another employee that they are were being racist. And complaining about orders. they are yelling at each other about how they are mature adults and they know how to work. So unprofessional and the manger is yelling at employees for not making things correctly. And nothing was wrapper correctly all fall out when I went to take it out of the bag. No sauce for my nuggets. You ask for table service and instead get your number screamed out. What the point.

I usually only review a place if I have something nice to say, but this place needs to be called out for its horrible service. They repeatedly get simple requests (just no cheese) wrong. Like multiple items or multiple tries on the same visit. And the staff will absolutely ignore you as long as they can till you practically have to jump the counter to get their attention. And god forbid you need help with the ordering kiosk. I don’t expect much. Help me spend my money, get my order right by the second try, and be at least available to your customers. I hope someone higher up at McD’s sees this and can implement some change cuz this location is abysmal.

Have never been to a McDonald’s with slower drive through service. On top of that, the kid who handed me my food didn’t even say a word. Will never return to this McDonald’s ever again. There were only three cars in front of me when I ordered and I spent 15 minutes in line.
Went to McDonald's on my way out of town to grab some breakfast. I was next in line to order when the line stopped moving, and the car at the pickup window was there for almost 20 minutes???? So between the time I got there and the time I finally got to order the menu had changed from breakfast to lunch, so I asked if I could still get breakfast because of having to wait so long and was told NO! Really!Really!Really! Great customer service! Does the breakfast food just automatically change to lunch food at a set time?

Unbelievable not once but twice ordered a quarter pounder NO cheese. Simple task! Can not be done at Lolo McDonald's need to check order before you leave! Always wrong

Wow....I stopped by to get a happy meal. The drive through menu said $5 for a hamburger happy meal....drinks listed as included said that a bottle of Dasani water was one of the choices. When I got to the window...she tried to charge me $5.20 When I asked what the 20 cent was for....she said it was for the water. What? The menu said that Dasani water was included. Just like milk or apple juice....it was INCLUDED in the $5. I said I was not going to pay the 20 cents when the menu said it was included. So the girl at the window said "fine, I will pay the 20 cents". And then when I got to the next window....they gave me a glass of tap water.....so basically they ripped me off. I paid for a bottle of Dasani water....like the.menu says comes with the meal. If I knew they were gonna give me tap water....I would have taken the milk. And the girl popped her head around and said "I paid the 20 cents for your water". So...I got tap water when I should have gotten bottled water or could have gotten milk or apple juice....and the staff are proud they covered 20 cents for tap water". I would like to hear from the manager and I want to be compensated for the drink I paid for and did not get

Either the prices are different from Hamilton or they are automatically rounding up for the Ronald McDonald House Charity without asking. Pretty sure that’s illegal right?
