I LOVE the chicken karage! Everyone at work always comments on how good it smells. And the mochi donuts are a great sweet but not too sweet treat.

We both had the #1, one regular, one spicey. Had a Japanese UCC coffee as well, along with donuts made to order. Everything was SO good and fresh. Love that UCC coffee.

Perfectly crafted taste, texture, and experience. This food truck serves up the best Japanese cuisine in town, with their karaage combo being a constant weekly favorite. Shout out to the delectable rotating weekly specials, which you DO NOT WANT TO MISS.

Aiko's food speaks to my soul. Everything is fresh and the fry is crisp. Everyone is so friendly and can help you pick something you'll enjoy, or you can usually get a combo because it's all so good!

Wow super crispy. I knew the karaage was going to be good but the korokke surprised me with how good it was. Crispy, flavorful, highly recommend.

I don't normally leave reviews. But we stopped here on a whim while driving through Missoula on a road trip. The food was absolutely to die for. The service was great. Both my husband and I got the spicy combo meal with the chicken and potato cakes and we can't praise them enough. Meal was well balanced and super fresh! Would highly recommend.

This is the first opportunity my husband and I got to try the local cuisine. It did not disappoint. I ordered the super combo. No idea what was in it. Didn’t care. All I knew was that the chef came highly recommended and I wanted to try her food. Best choice I’ve made all day. My husband ordered a tofu dish. He had never eaten tofu and was trying new things. He describes the tofu as nothing short of spectacular. We will be back and we recommend to anyone looking for Japanese fusion or even just excellent food. I am also not a fan of fried foods but I will say the donuts were really great too. The chef is so sweet and friendly. She gave us some great local recommendations and told us about her spot at the farmers markets. Can’t wait to check it out!

Seriously a one of a kind here in Missoula. I love everything that comes out of this wonder-bus. It’s magic. Especially the hot meat they do last week of the month!! Locally owned by a gem of a human that I love to support. Treat yo self and try this food!

Went with the Combo (Karaage, Korokke) and Mochi Donuts. Absolutely delicious stuff with fantastic sides. Fast & friendly service parked at a Cider place most days. Missoula is made better by this food truck. Looking forward to keeping an eye on their specials now.

Aiko's is my go to going-out food, and one of my favorite food trucks in town.

My go to order is the spicy combo—literally can't get it enough—and mochi donuts. My partner loves the super combo with the hot meat.

Beyond the great food, is a great story of family and heritage as the owner uses her own family's authentic recipes to bring Japanese street food to Missoula.
