I know you are desperate for employees but you should really check references. The bad language that comes from the cashiers or the nasty little cook that looks like he scraped himself up from under a rock makes people not want to eat there. Not to mention the cold food that we got served. 4 people in the dining room and still serve crappy food. It's a shame

Their roast beef sliders are fantastic. They just ran a 3/$5 special on them for a couple months- which kept us coming back. My kiddo prefers their sliders over our usual “go-to’s” when we’re looking for a quick meal. After the promo ended, Arby’s as still been the drive thru of choice. It’s sometimes difficult to get food down my picky eater, so I’ve concluded promo or not - getting my kiddo three sliders is worth a full tummy.
If you haven’t tried their sliders - I highly recommend them.

Location is nice and updated (most others I've been to recently are at least 15 years from their last remodel/repaint). Staff has been friendly and efficient with their service. They always ask me if I'm Doordash, so apparently that's been their main online order or walkup traffic. Not bad, just a quirk that caught my attention. Nothing stands out enough for a 5 star rating, but this is still a great location for Service and food quality.

Clean store but sticky floor. Raining outside so I'll give them some slack. Didn't really see hustle out of the staff to make my order, though. Quick to take the order and only one other inside person ordering. Drive through seemed steady and moving quickly.

On 5-2-23 I visited for lunch. Ordered a gyro with no lettuce, extra tomato. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with extra tomato, a large curly fry & a Mello Yello with no ice.Result: Mello Yello with ice, gyro with lettuce & no extra tomato, stone cold fries & a wrap that tasted ok but again, no extra tomato.I called the manager to inform her of what transpired & she said she would replace it. I told her that was not necessary, I just wanted to let her know all 4 items were messed up. We had a short present conversation & left it at that. I did not want nor did I accept a remake, credit or refund.Today, 5-3-23 I returned to the same arbys. I ordered 2 gyros, extra tomato & no lettuce. Ordered a buffalo slider, small fry & small coke no ice.I expected the hiccup from yesterday to not happen again... I was wrong.I got 1 gyro with extra tomato & one with lettuce& tomato. The buffalo sandwich was ok...typical buffalo sandwich & my coke had no ice as requested.Sadly, not getting my order correct 2 days in a row has now given me the mindset that this restaurant just can't read directions. The tags on my gyros were crystal clear & said what I ordered but they were mot correct.I don't see myself returning here. 1 order is forgivable & I chalked it up to training...2 orders messed up, nope. Not going to spend my money at this establishment any more.To add insult to both situations, the wait line with only 1 car in front of me was about 12 minutes on day 1 & 15 minutes on day 2.I'm also concussed how this restaurant has a 3.6 rating when every review I've read is a 1 star & negative.*UPDATE: Lean how to spell...its embarrassing.(see photo 4-2-24 "2 for 26 Chicken sandwitch?)
