My family stopped during the evening to grab us on the go refresher beverages. Along the way they visited the ladies restroom which happened to be all the way past the casino. It was "falling apart" the ceiling was caving in and the stalls door were not capable of shutting all the way not to mention the lights flickered on and off periodically. It was spooky! But the cashier Abaham was an absolute sweetheart and it is because of his customer service that I am giving this travel plaza a generous four stars. He greeted us when we entered the store, and was kind to make the employees area available to us so that we could clean off the products we had purchased. I also took notice that he was helpful to those who stopped by to ask for directions. As for the food I personally wouldn't purchase anything more than beverages that I am familiar with or maybe a small snack if I'm feeling super hungry otherwise just keep the to the basics.

Not sure if there is more than one Deano's Travel Plaza, but I am specifically speaking to the one on exit 99 Missoula MT. My only complaint is that on the billboard right before the exit states that it has an RV dump site.RV dumpsite is not in working order.

Can't get receipt from self serve no paper, when requested a receipt from attendant the required me to wear a mask while I stood at the door not entering the store. The attendant refused to provide a receipt, Business practice is to have contact to spread Covid-19.

Trash! Poor service high prices and rude people! I'll never be back. If you passing thru or live drive the 3 miles in either direction and get much better service, cleaner stores and employees who take pride in the work they do and appearance when working in customer service!
