We recently purchased a large-sized pretzel bite order from Auntie Anne’s and were incredibly disappointed. The pretzel bites were visibly burnt and tasted just as bad—completely charred and bitter. It was obvious they should not have been served in the first place.
When we brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they fail to offer a refund, but they also refused to provide even a small gesture like a discount or coupon for our next visit. It’s really unfortunate to receive both poor-quality food and poor customer service.
We’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s in the past, but this experience definitely makes us reconsider returning. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control and customer care.
Loved my experience so much! I loved the atmosphere and vibe of this cute little bakery! And oh, the service?! The service was the best part other than the food! I’ve only been here once but I just love the two young girls that work there! One has red hair and one has glasses with brownish-green hair. The red haired girl is super sweet and she makes great cinnamon rolls! And the other girl is amazing at taking customers and knows how to get through a long line very quickly but very accurate, especially for her age! I’m really impressed! When I come back here these two girls better be my cashiers again!
Service was great! Customer Service was amazing! Food was delicious! I’m putting this review in late, but the young lady with glasses is so sweet and knows how to do her job! She’s so kind and respectful, loves making sure that the order is 100% correct and double checking that she got the right items. Who ever trained her or who ever her boss is needed an applause and needs to give her a raise if she hasn’t gotten one already! The other young lady with red hair making cinnamon rolls really seemed like she wants to do the right thing and always asked the other girl questions when she needed to! And then they both did a super long line together and did it so fast and efficiently that it was honestly impressive! I know that when I came back I how that they are here and are my cashiers again!
Retards working here!! Kids standing behind the counter with a line of people wanting to order!!! Get adults working here!!
I ordered cinnamon sugar nuggets to go. I got to my car; they were hard as a rock. Seems they had been sitting under a light most of the day. Server was really nice; not sure if she was aware. Please have them check and if they are old make fresh ones!!!
The place is as nasty as the bitter old lady that has no clue how to be a "store manager"

This place has a rating of 2.1 stars. This is the lowest rated restaurant in missoula and boy do they live up to that reputation. You have nasty managers that are all over their phones then handle your food. Managers that if the store does anything wrong it's the customers fault not theirs and you have clueless kids working there that don't start making your order till 30 mins after you place it because they have no accountability at this store. This is what you get when you have adults that act like kids manging kids.

Why do people hire someone with no people skills. You would think with common sense you would have to talk to people. The pretzel was burnt. I couldn't finish it. We also know they don't have smoke alarms. Then it will let them know how dumb they are. That the pretzel is well done. There is no hope for this lazy generation.

I loved my food and the experience was amazing! Staff were wonderful. The young lady cashier was so sweet and caring! She seemed quite young but very skilled. She really impressed me! She was working with another young lady who was good to be wasn’t as fast like the other one who stood out more. The other workers making food seemed well trained and experienced. Place was running well and everyone had great communication. I loved how fresh and great tasting my food was! The young man who was making pretzels, knows what he is doing! The young girls doing the cash register were really amazing and hope too see them next time I come here! Especially the one with her hair dyed to different colors she was so sweet and kind and hard working!! Keep up the great work!!!
Kid-friendliness: Great family friendly atmosphere!

Spot in the Southgate Mall always has a line! Nothing terribly and it moves quickly, but it is obviously popular. ** It is also a Cinnabon outlet**I got the Cookie Bonbite for the first time—are you freaking kidding me?!? Why did I do this? Talk about amazing! A warm gooey cinnamon roll wrapped in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked to his warm yumminess! Yikes!

Every time I try to get a cinnamon roll they never have one available... only on the back counter
Absolutely horrible service. Food was cold. The cashier literally tossed my food at me. Will never be back.
