This location advertises sundaes that are, what a customer would expect: a full sundae. But after ordering 3 different times, they send them out half full. I called and asked about this today and the employee said “well, the photos show it whip cream so it looks like more”. I told her no, that’s not how the layered sundaes are advertised- no whip at all. She then admitted they use a kid sized scoop so that’s why they are only 1/2 full. If you want to pay 13.00+ for a huge plastic cup that only has 2 kids sized scoops That leave 2/3 of the cup empty & actively participates in false advertising the this is your place. Given them plenty of opportunities t make this right but got the truth straight from the mouth of the employee.

Ordered a banana split deluxe. Looked nothing like the advertisement. The flavors they had out were all about the same (Chocolate) with little variety. For the price not worth getting a simple dessert.

Ordered a birthday cake for my grandsons big day. Wanted one that serves 4-6 ...well the cake was cute, but it was like a lg cupcake. Really tiny for a cake, won't order from there again .

I ordered a fresh packed pint of Jamocha Almond Fudge on DoorDash and the pint maybe had 2 1/2 scoops of ice cream shoved to one side. I can see the bottom of the pint and I haven’t even eaten any.
