I ordered a fresh packed pint of Jamocha Almond Fudge on DoorDash and the pint maybe had 2 1/2 scoops of ice cream shoved to one side. I can see the bottom of the pint and I haven’t even eaten any.

There needs to be an adult on shift. The teenagers working tonight failed to greet us when we came in, didn't even ask us what we wanted or if there were flavors we would like to try, and then the BIG issue...touched their faces and hair, then continued to scoop ice cream. No gloves or washing their hands. Yuck!

Kids were pleasant but someone please train them all on making shakes. Ordered a reeses shake and got cold, peanut butter milk. Lol. Can't drink it. Too liquid and gross.

The person I had tonight was hysterical and made the experience wonderful! Currently sitting enjoying my late night sundae. P.S. Enable higher tips on card, dang it! They deserve it! I could only tip a portion of what I wanted to, they do excellent work!

Always delicious icecream that is served by fantastic staff who greet you with a smile! Since there is always so many choices from childhood favorites to new flavors of the month the staff are truly amazing at offering samples to help make up your mind. There is plenty of setting inside and out to enjoy what flavor you pick!

was EXTREMELY disappointed when my mom and i drove from bonner to get ice cream and arrived at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, and the whole left side of the ice cream choices had already been put away, because they started closing early which my manager NEVER lets us do in case someone still wants the stuff THEY like. and all the good flavors were put away and the flavor my mom and i have been getting for as long as i can remember now was put away. safe to say, won’t be attending baskin robbins anymore and i guess we will stick to cold stone or dairy queen they don’t let us down.

The ice cream is fine, but sitting at the tables at 6:30 in the afternoon is like eating in a greenhouse. The blinds you have don't roll down far enough and even the part that was shaded made the heat ridiculous.
