We were passing through Missoula and saw that Biga was highly rated and had vegan options.
It was super busy when we arrived and we waited happily for a table for about 35 minutes.
It’s great that Biga offers a vegan pizza on their menu - the “vegan pesto supreme.”
I don’t know what happened, but the crust on our pizza was super dense and not very flavorful.
Does Biga freeze vegan dough? I don’t know, but considering they cook everything in a wood fired oven, I don’t understand why our crust was so disappointing. I was expecting a better experience.

I love coming here and while there are pizza is absolutely amazing. I actually order a sandwich every time I come there. I love their focaccia sandwich. They use fresh ingredients and their bread is wonderful. It comes alongside olive salad and chips. I consider it a large portion and I always take half of the sandwich home and eat it the next day. I have always received great service when coming here and yesterday my server was Hannah or so the ticket said and she did a wonderful job.

Missoula has a few different pizza spots with vegan options, however I really like Bigas vegan cheese, not many other vegan options if you’re not going for pizza

Biga catered our wedding day and the service and food was PHENOMENAL! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Bob was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Michael, the server/manager, was equally as amazing on our big day and all of our guests were RAVING about him, he was so fun!! The pizzas, wings, and platters were delicious and all arrived right on time as well. I couldnt recommend them more :) thank you thank you thank you!!!

I have been going here for years taking myself on solo dates for some soup and salad and the occasional pizza.
I travel for work and have been to many restaurants across the continent serving pizza... I feel so blessed this place is HERE where I live. Sometimes I will get pizza with friends and I love the rotating kombucha, keeps things a little fun. I will take people from out of town here just to enjoy a sleazyyy calzone (that hot honey...). The fact there are good vegetarian options in the specials is also a boon. It's a treat for me before my Brazilian jiu jitsu classes across the street every week at this point... light enough for wrestling, but definitely gets me my foodie dopamine for the day. haha
Very pleasant servers and staff, consistent quality throughout the years. Always happy with this place and every guest I bring is pleased when I take them here.
I hope to continue my soup and salad tradition for a long time ?
Asked for a slice rather that an individual pie. I was given a slice that portnoy would have got up and walked away. Sub par... maybe the slices are good for the kids but cmon. Respect the slice delivered...

They source top notch local ingredients and offer classic and creative flavor combinations. (My household recently enjoyed the four cheese and hot honey and the Flathead cherry!) The owner, Bob Marshall is kind, genuine, and community-minded. I’m so proud to have this pizzeria in Missoula!

The unique specialty pizzas can be really good. If you see one that strikes a chord with your tastes, give it a try and you won't be disappointed. The dine in area can get very noisy when it's busy so keep that in mind if you are looking to conversate with anyone who struggles with loud environments.
