The food and staff are both amazing. The atmosphere is okay, they're doing the best with what they have. Exceptional for a culinary program, and pretty damn good even if it wasn't. I always look forward to doing with my husband.
The three stars is due to timing. I order here once a week and the two times I’ve gotten food to-go, I was the first to order, yet multiple people with to-go and sit down service were receiving food before me. Both to-go times were at least 30 minutes wait and today it was for grilled chicken on a salad(I was the first to order when they opened). I would recommend working on timing especially if you want to make it in the food and beverage industry.
