We got the pork tenderloin per recommendation and it was too tough to eat! Took a long time to get food but not server's fault. Overall disappointing based on other ratings.
can't afford it but it's nice!
We have been going to Blue Canyon for as long as it has been open - 20 plus years? Our last experience we noticed the food quality was down and prices up. Also was practically empty. Past menus seemed more robust.
I have eaten at the blue canyon many times over the years but this new menu is special! The pizzas are really high quality and taste delicious! I finally tried the smash burger and it was easily as good or better than any burger I've had! I love smash burgers and it definitely measures up. Next time I'm trying the bison burger! Thanks Blue canyon!
We love to do small plates so we ordered all 5 appetizers. Every one was delicious, We were very impressed
Food is good. Well prepared and presented.
Service was SLOW. Drink orders from the bar came after 15 minutes. Food was similarly slow. Weird because we were the only people there!!! Where was everyone and what were they doing? Oye.
If all you care about is the taste of your food, by all means, come here. If you desire your salad and appetizers to show up before the main course, avoid at all costs. If you want you drinks to show up quick and don't want to go up to the bar to get it, avoid at all costs. We were the only group of people in this whole place and it took about an hour and fifteen for the food to come. Server had to be reminded. Anyways, do not recommend.
Food was fantastic, the service abysmal.
Walk in, no one at the hostess stand. No big deal, I wanted to sit at the bar. There was, however, a sign at the hostess stand saying that they appreciate veterans and first responders and offer a 10% discount on food.
I showed the bartender my veteran ID and asked for my bill. No discount. I asked about it. “We don’t offer discounts to veterans.” I went to the (still unmanned) hostess stand and grabbed the sign. Showed it to the bartender, who blew it off. When I pressed the issue I was greeted with “I don’t need a lecture”.
I paid my tab and left, not without expressing my displeasure to the manager.
If you care about this country or more importantly the men and women who VOLUNTEER to support it, then skip this place.
Went for mother day buffet. The food isn't great.. we got there at 2 and everything was almost empty or cold.. maybe if we come different time. It might be better
Took my mom for mother day buffet. We got there at 2. Most of the food was empty or cold. What we got wasn't worth the money. Pretty sad. I should of listen to the reviews. Won't be back

Great Mother's Day brunch, it was exactly what we were lookign for! Good variety, good quality, good service, perfect atmosphere! Thank you~!
Overall, great experience. Food was a bit in the pricey side, but it kinda made sense being attached to the hotel. Will come back again for sure.
New menu is disappointing compared to previous. Steaks were cooked to well versus medium rare as ordered. Calamari starter was very salty. Overall, not very happy with our meals. Over priced for what we were served. Very sad as this was one of my favorite spots.
We were there for two hours and received our appetizers but had to remind the waitress that we didn't have our salads yet. Our drinks were not refilled that whole time. We left after two hours without being served our main courses. Horrible experience.
The food we ordered wasn't available. The Elk meatballs were over cooked and over sauced. The fish and chips (not much on menu) were boxed and old. The waiter complained about his job, coworkers, and cooks. It was such a negative experience.
