Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern

Beautiful restaurant and our service was amazing. Our appetizer of Big Sky Beets & Burrata was very good and one of the best Old Fashioned I have had in a long time.
For our entrees we had the Montana Strip and the Tuscan Cream Pasta. Unfortunately the entrees were disappointing. The Montana Strip was ordered medium and it came out very well done. The polenta and sherry jus under the very over cooked New York Strip was very bland and needed salt.
Our Tuscan Cream Pasta was very dry and needed more sauce, salt, and parsley. We will definitely try dinner again, but I would as of right now only go back for drinks and appetizers.

Had a great time here with the family. The food was good, the cocktail menu had a good mix of interesting and classic cocktails, and our server Anthony was very attentive.

Amazing! Great atmosphere and we hadn't been in 7 years! This place has incredible food! We hadn't the ribeye and pizza and elk meatballs with huckleberry BBQ sauce! We enjoyed a great wine and our server was perfectly attentive. We will definitely be back.

I have an annoying amount of dietary restrictions and it’s nearly impossible for me to eat anywhere so when our sever Anthony didn’t bat an eye at my laundry list of foods to avoid I was so relieved. He was an absolute legend, he was able to tell me every menu item and drink that had my avoided foods and ingredients, and immediately checked or asked about anything he didn’t know. He quickly came up with an idea for a meal for me and made it happen in the same amount of time it took my friends to order their regular food. He even warned me about which items my friends ordered that I shouldn’t try. I am definitely coming back here. This man is great at his job and he is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and quick. They also had a basket of free pads in the women’s bathroom as well as purse hooks on the bar

Our waiter was amazing as was the kitchen staff. I have a lot of dietary restrictions including gluten, garlic, onion, and some sweeteners. Everyone was so accommodating and kind and knowledgeable and the food was Amazing

The only thing good I have in that whole meal was the ranch. Guy that sat down after me and ordered, after me got mac and cheese balls like I did, he got his first but his weren't burnt. Mine were black over about thirty five percent of the mac and cheese balls. The bison burger that I got the french fries were burnt.The fried pickles were burnt.The bun was burnt. It was horrible

Even before the incredible meal, Kaleb and Sean were so kind and pleasant. Good service is rare to come by these days and they were so wonderful. And the meal... went beyond any and all expectations. Bonkers delicious!

Menu is much more limited than mentioned in other reviews -- no petite filets or prime rib flatbread. Carefully review the currently posted menu. Also, had run out of pizza dough by 7pm on a Saturday night. As others mentioned, pricey and slow.

We got the pork tenderloin per recommendation and it was too tough to eat! Took a long time to get food but not server's fault. Overall disappointing based on other ratings.

can't afford it but it's nice!

We have been going to Blue Canyon for as long as it has been open - 20 plus years? Our last experience we noticed the food quality was down and prices up. Also was practically empty. Past menus seemed more robust.
