Bolt and Bruizer's Bakery and Barkery

My fiance and I left one star reviews some time ago, but they must have some way of taking them down.

Went in when we saw an article saying that it was one of the best places in Missoula, but when we went in the place was dingy, dusty, and poorly lit, no menu, saw (I kid you not) a hobo spider scuttle across the floor while ordering.

All the tables were dirty. Then without a word we were delivered the wrong meal. There was only 1 other table in the place with patrons. I delivered them their food and went back to my seat.

They brought our food out. I was give a sandwich I did not order, and my fiances waffle bites (or whatever they were) were completely raw on the inside.

I only remember and come back to re-make this post because it was literally the worst dining experience in my life. At the time of my first review, the owner apologized and offered some coupon or something but you literally could not have paid me to go back. Believe the 1 star reviews.

Read reviews and thought I'd give a try. Poor lighting and display case was so dark it was hard to see pastries. While preparing my drink the guy kept digging at he corner of, and wiping his eyes, gross! I watched to make sure he had paper between his hand and the pastry or would have just left. When handed my 24oz latte, it felt half full. I cautiously sipped a taste and it was so hot that it burned my tongue, the top of my mouth, and a day later I have blisters on the inside of my bottom lip a day later. Only positive is the apple turnover was decent. I should have just walked out but paying the price.

This place has phenomenal coffee, a quiet atmosphere and ample parking. The combination of these things makes this place one of the best study spaces in Missoula.

Only one person working. He was making door dash orders. He was quite friendly and apologized for the wait time. This is a good place to sit and enjoy a pastry and coffee.

Walked in. Only 3 employees, didn't see any customers. Literally got looked at by 2 of the employees, neither even said hello.. 2 minutes later I hear " be right with you".. guy comes out, but not to front then goes back in back area.. i left. Totally felt like unwanted. If you make eye contact with a customer, you should greet them.

Amazing! The young person who was at the counter was great. Everything was perfect! Evertime we are in Missloula we will be stopping by!

Glad I found this place. Great atmosphere and delicious bagels. I’m not sure how anyone could complain about a place that is welcoming to all people and dogs.

This place is extremely friendly, they have a great variety of breakfast , lunch items , as well as they even cater to your furry friends
Selling both dog treats , cat treats , my dog danozo went insane over their doggie muffins .. atmosphere is wonderful and inviting . Is definitely a must when in missoula ... great food great service .. the staff is so nice in there . You won't regret the stop by to grab ur goodies on the go ...
