We’ve been happy with the many pizzas we’ve had from Bridge, until tonight’s experience . Using their online order system, I ordered a custom pizza, 1/2 would be Canadian bacon, mushroom and black olive, the other half would be Bunkhouse toppings. When the pizza arrived, all ingredients were on the Bunkhouse side and the other half was only cheese. When I called to complain, I was told by the gal that answered as well as the “manager” that it was my fault on how if ordered it and could make another, but I’d need to pay for it. No other solution offered, nothing, just my fault and if I wanted to reorder, I’d need to pay. This will be my last order and visit to Bridge pizza. It’s costly for a business to lose a customer, could’ve been solved for much easier

You have to order and pay at the counter, if but wait, first you have to go pick your drink from the coolers. Food came out in a descent time and was easy. Staff was friendly but you have to clear your table of dishes and garbage into the bin by the door but they still expect a tip??

My oh my. This pizza hit the SPOT. We drove 12 hours today and got to Missoula for the night and as we stepped into the elevator of our hotel we saw a family carrying a Bridge Pizza box so we inquired as to whether it was good pizza? They said it was “incredible” and had “great reviews”. We got to our room and immediately ordered a large pepperoni and some pesto chips. I’m seriously so happy that elevator encounter happened. We haven’t had pizza this good in a long time. Might just have to move to Missoula to for this pizza.

DEFINITELY THE BEST PIZZA IVE HAD!! THE PIZZAS ARE A GOOD SIZE FORSURE! I GOT A GLUTEN FREE CRUST WITH A COMBO OF VEGGIES I CHOSE N DAIRY FREE CHEESE! I GOTTA SAY THIS WAS DEFINITELY A GOOD WAY TO START OFF OUR VACATION! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE WERE SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA!!

We got the Russell St (?) pizza with BBQ, pineapple and chicken. The crust was amazing! So yummy and crunchy! The Bridge Breadsticks were great too.
