I love this place. Great food and good atmosphere. Love sitting out by river. Makes me feel like I am by the ocean. I have always had great service here!
This was my first time going there and the servers were awesome. They were so accomodating so sweet and I will definitely be back!
The reason we went to Brooks and Browns this Christmas evening is that ....
Average restaurant in a holiday inn. Quiet and bartender was great, fast drinks and service. The menu is the same as every other holiday inn in the country. At least print them different. The food doesn't vary at all it seems. It was good for dinner though.
slow service for a sunday morning, understaffed. Breakfast was okay, at best. Too many close options to settle for this
This was quite poor service. It was a Friday night and I’m sure the hotel has a full house- so maybe the staff all called in sick? One bartender. 2 wait staff that never seemed to make it to our table despite our asking for service. Head to the bar to order then- nope. No luck there either. Not even a friendly nod or a “I’ll be right with you”. Waited at the bar for about 15 minutes being ignored before I kinda of yelled my sorry one drink order. Would have gotten food(or would I?) had I thought it would come in a timely manner. Friends next to me missed opportunity and they are still waiting.
Food is good, service is unorganized & slow as hell!
friendly people and one of the best outdoor veranda in Missoula you can sit outside and watch the sun set
Stay away from the breakfast buffet--unless you're partial to fake scrambled eggs, bland breakfast potatoes that could chip a tooth, and paper-thin bacon. The breakfast selection (buffet only) is meager and service is mediocre. A bowl of instant oatmeal would have been more satisfying. No thanks.
The staff here are awesome and the food is really good and not expensive.

I had heard that this bar received the best patio award? We were there on a Sunday night and sat outside. It looked like it had been abandoned. Put my arm in a spider web trying to get in the shade. The bartender was less than friendly and no fresh fruit for drinks.
Comfy place with good food
Good food. Very good service.
Good French fries and chicken tenders.
I love this place, dont come here. It's the last patio near the river that isn't inundated with tourists and hipsters 7 days a week. Attached to a hotel, but you wouldn't know if you enter via the patio. Food is so-so but drinks good, prices are right, and it's a patio near the Clarkfork where you can score a table without a wait in July on a Thursday at 6pm.
