40 minutes to get a burger! And it wasn't even a rush. 3 people working, only God could know how it took them so long to slap some meat and bread together. And after all the wait, they forgot the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. It's in the name. Terrible terrible terrible, merry Christmas everyone

This location has some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The staff is always short-handed, and it shows—orders take forever, and no one seems to care. The manager clearly lacks proper leadership or management skills, as the team looks unorganized and unmotivated. Customer service is poor, and it feels like they don’t want to hire enough people to actually run the place right. Definitely not worth the visit until major improvements are made.

I couldn't finish my meal. The burger was disgusting, and the fries were like eating 📦 🥜 no taste, but continues giving a nasty flavor in your mouth for hours after.

Server was outside smoking and touching things with her food handling gloves on and the drive thru wait was nearly 15mins for 2 items. Definitely not worth the wait.

Wish I could leave a good review. But Ordered 77$ worth of food for my kids and family on the Burger King app. It was then third party picked up by DoorDash. The driver delivered a Taco Bell order. We immediately called Burger King they said contact door dash then door dash pushed us to the driver. She said well nothing I can do but go drive and get your food from the house and bring to you . Not excitable. Contacted DoorDash again they wouldn’t refund me my money or process another order either one I was fine with. Door dash said call Store manger on Tuesday they will refund you . Susan was so absolutely rude wouldn’t let me finish what I had to say. Not even gonna bother calling the number she gave me . I’ll take it as a lose . Wasn’t trying to scam them like I’m sure they are used to. Just was simply trying to have them make things right. Below is the order i received .

Had the Double Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissant breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and the manager who took my order and delivered my food to me was very nice, sincere, & caring. I appreciated that.

Been hesitant coming here since the first time. We received cold mushy food. But I really wanted french toast sticks so we stopped by for breakfast. Once we walked in hubby mentioned there was a weird smell but I couldn't smell it. So we ignored it. Ordered our breakfast but they didn't mention they were out of hashbrowns and they gave us fries, the fries were cold and stale. If they told us they were out we would have changed up our meal. After eating I had to use the restroom. As soon as I entered the bathroom I found the source of the smell. The bathroom smelled really bad of sewer, there was a 5 gallon bucket just sitting in the big stall with water in it. It was really bad that the short time I was in there I started feeling sick. I really recommend not coming here.
Inside is always chill when I go in, never been crowded or noisy.
