The people at the counter made this all better , regardless that over the decades past, burger kings food has really went down hill. Your dropping the ball on our fan favorite char broiled burgers. What has happened to Burger King. Shout out to the awesome crew smiling and giving such a warm welcome to an empty store during mid dinner..they get a five star from us !

Sweetest staff in the world, always been kind and quick. My car died and so did my phone, I came in and they let me use and phone to call a friend and stay and charge my phone. A pink haired girl working there even brought me a free burger

Ordered delivery and food was cold. Cakes and told to bad and "you know it's winter right". Didn't explain how fried and onion rings cold but chicken sandwich was hot does it. Told them I wanted to talk to general manager. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard a peep. Place is horrible.

What a jokeAn hour to get a seven dollar meal.I had thirty minute lunch break swung in there.There was one guy in line. Dude At the front was ridiculous, no apology, and he acted like I was the inconvenience for being there.. There's plenty of other places to eat.
I won't be back. It's supposed to be fast. Food made me late for work and cost me A Half hour of my wages.

ordered on the mobile app. Got to the store and went through Drive-Thru. My husband told the worker(Jesse) my name and Jesse told my husband he couldn't hear him...that went on for 3 times when I finally abruptly yelled my name to the worker(Jesse)...was never told to move to the window and when we got to the window the worker(Jesse) threw the receipts at my husband. We waited another 7 minutes. Watching the worker(Jesse) through the window. He was complaining about us to another worker who was working the counter. The lady came to the window and gave us our drinks. I asked the lady to have the tall gentleman's name, the one she clearly switched spots..The lady acted dumb and told me their was 2 gentleman behind her and who was I talking about. I told her the 1 she switched spots with. Then the manager(Chris)? came up and finally gave me his name...the worker(Jess) acted like a smart ass over at the counter about 10 feet away and pointed at his very small name tag.
