Food was warm, not hot. Almost no flavor. Portions were much smaller than at competitors' operations. Two hours before close and the place was filthy. No straws, no forks, almost no clean tables. Will not visit again.

Over priced for what you get. Ordered a burrito asked for black beans on the side come to find out it's a extra charge.

Waited 25 minutes for a pickup order. Didn't get there until it said it was ready. Then I got my salads didn't get double meat on anything. Both entrees were mislabeled .

This is a great place for casual or business dining.
The atmosphere is friendly and inviting with plenty of seating. The food choices are nearly endless with both menu items and create your own culinary experience, if you choose.
The staff, in my opinion is the best part.
Friendly greetings and warm smiles abound. They make the ordering process easy and enjoyable. Everyone appears to like their job and that's very nice.
The food is made fresh and you are likely to see some facet of their process as you order wether it be the tortillas being pressed and cooked or the sizzle of the meat on the grill. The base taste is also very good. I say base because your invited to add individual ingredients to your meal during the ordering process.
Prices are competitive for what they offer. Everything is more expensive now so you'll make your own determination of value but I think it's fair.
Checkout is very efficient and you leave with an great smile and the offer to please come again.
I'm very pleased with my Cafe Rio experience and am sure you will be too

Some.basic customer service ideals were completely lacking. We stood in line for over 20 minutes only to find out they were out of chicken, beans, mild sauce and corn tortillas. That might be something to let your customers know. In addition, the staff were curt and impolite. Maybe they got beat down with customers before we arrived, but you still need to treat customers well. Really soured my desire to come back.

Great food for a very good price. The food is prepared right in front of you with very friendly people.
I wish that we had one in our town.

Kid-friendliness: The children are very well-behaved and well tolerated by the staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Someone is always willing to hold the door open for wheelchair accessibility. It would help to have an automatic push button opener door.

Delivery order prepared incorrectly. No side items included in order. I don't understand how hard it is to read a ticket. No utensils/ no straw. Why offer items on the side option if the employee doesn't bother to do it? There's hair in my burrito. My Large Horchata is only half filled cup. Ridiculous. Reporting to Health Department after feeling sick!
