Went through the drive thru, they forgot our fries, went in and there was a line of people waiting for sauces they had ordered and didn’t get and something else for another customer. The associate who handed us our order in the drive thru came over and scrutinized the receipt and gave us our fries. The manager at the kitchen window asked “now what happened with that one”, then went back to work. We left, as we were leaving another customer from the drive thru was coming inside with their receipt too. Guessing the crew today did have their morning coffee or something. Not the usual great customers service from this company and it was surprising to experience.

Asked for #1 add egg and cheese. They gave some weird grilled chicken I didn’t ask for even though they repeated my order to me to a tee. Go inside, and magically they can’t make breakfast to make it better. Asked for them to just add lunch chicken to it then instead of the grilled chicken. He comes back. I go outside and realize it now had no egg or cheese. He said they threw it away and that I’m out of luck. Realized once driving away we got charged for egg and cheese and no refund for either.. was over it and not going back for under a dollar we spent in gas already. No wonder staff can’t listen. Neither can manager. Disappointed as I was looking forward to breakfast for a change.

Not terrible, but definitely not great. I'm moving across the country and have eaten at 5+ chick-fil-as in the last week. This is probably the worst of them, though the franchise does set a high bar.

Pros:
- Order was technically correct
- staff were friendly
- bathroom was reasonably clean

Cons:
- soup was watered down/lacking in beans and flavor. There was also a congealed layer on the top like it had been sitting in the container a while, and wasn't as hot as it usually is (hopefully I don't get sick). Out of the 10 or so bowls of this soup consumed recently, this is the only one to deviate from the standard
- decreased portions (bowl of soup barely half full, same for kale salad)
- much of the lettuce in the wrap and kale in the salad was browning/past its best
- forgotten sauces
- incorrect utensils provided
- large fry ordered with like three waffles and a half cup of tiny pieces (smaller than a dime), plus they were barely warm
- wrap cut with a dull knife such that there were many tiny pieces of paper wrapper in the wrap itself to be picked out

Nothing overtly terrible, but definitely not worth the stop or prices with so many other healthy options nearby.

No place to leave a review, but overpriced food and worst bun ever-learn to only order or pull what’s needed-and get rid of expired buns. Never had a $11.00 sandwich with a bun that was dry, crumbly and wet in one without sauce

I went through the drive through. He took the receipt back that I didn’t want to handle but when I politely made it known I didn’t want the drink carrier, he shoved it into my hands and refused to take it. There’s no a garbage can to Dispose in the drive through. It was just very rude and abrupt.

If you are a delivery driver picking up orders for customers, you are most definitely almost never treated as a customer. Yo I hardly get welcomed or even a hello or a response when you say thank you. And they push the orders complete sometimes more then 5 minutes before the dasher gets it, makes the dasher or uber driver look bad. I have never been a customer myself because of this.

It really is to bad that this is the missoula chic fila is so sub par. Portion sizes sure seem small, 1 out of 5 staff are even polite. This is not the experience I expected. Two thumbs down.

Drive thru is just too slow. It was a busy night because of the Griz game, but they should know this and plan ahead with extra staff. Fries are not warm. I would guess being as busy as they were, the fries should have been hot.

Always a quick trip, even when lines are long. They always seem to have a great plan in place to get great customer service to each and every chicken- loving customer. ? Bravo!

Kid-friendliness: Waffle fries are always a favorite among the kiddos.
