Don’t order delivery. 9 times out of 10 they will forget your sauce and any other sides you may have. Prepare for some dry food and crunchiness soup. It ALWAYS happens on the night shift too. You guys suck. You’re basically stealing from people by not giving them what they paid for. 🙄

I had such an amazing experience with this Chick-fil-A location. I called and spoke with Roman to place a fairly large, last-minute pickup order that I was taking out to my husband and his fellow airmen who have been in the field for quite a while and really needed a pick-me-up.
Despite the short notice, Roman and the team were incredible. The order was ready quickly, perfectly packaged, and handled with so much care. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help. The service was truly exceptional and went above and beyond what I expected.
Thank you for making a stressful, last-minute situation so easy and for helping me bring a little encouragement to some very hardworking airmen.

On December 10, 2025 my family and I ordered food from the Missoula Chick-fil-A. As we were almost done with eating our food we found a bloody alcohol prep swab as well as visible blood inside a chicken sandwich box.
This was extremely alarming, especially because we were eating with our two children. We reported this all to the Missoula health department and due to the potential health risk our doctors advised my husband, our children, and I to undergo medical testing.
We reported the incident to Chick-fil-A and filed a claim requesting assistance with the medical expenses caused by this situation. Unfortunately, our claim was denied and we were not offered help with the doctor visit or testing.
Finding medical waste and blood inside packaged food is a serious food safety concern. While accidents can happen, the lack of accountability and support afterward has been very disappointing.
I am sharing this so other families can make informed decisions and so this location can improve its food safety procedures.
