The food was decent but noticeably more expensive than my last visit. The service was adequate, though nothing exceptional. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing.

When I arrived, not a single table was clean. I had to wipe a spot on a dirty table myself just to sit down and eat. Despite having over eight employees, only one came out from the back to clean—but rather than wiping tables, they slowly and awkwardly swept around them. At one point, they even interrupted me to sweep under my table, yet still, no tables were wiped down.

Now, more than 40 minutes later, not a single table has been cleaned. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness really detracted from the experience.

Ordered a bowl with extra chicken delivered and there was no chicken (any at all) and the bowl wasn’t even a quarter full. Actually funny how little food was in the bowl.

Just gotta say things seem to have gone downhill across the board. Crunchy rice, employees complaining, management seems totally absent. Relatively clean dining room and bathrooms, so that is a big plus.

Ordered online for pick up and they didn't add the fajita veggies, or the lettuce for the salad I ordered and didn't do the double protein and had maybe 10 beans in the whole dish. Called to fix it but they only have a robot. Never eating here again.

This Chipotle location is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The employees are so incredibly rude, and they never give a full scoop of the protein. When it’s pointed out to them they start cussing under their breath and using profane language. The rice is often undercooked and the protein old and hard as a rock. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s the only chipotle in Missoula, but straight up they’re trash.

Very expensive for fast food. Seven employees present but tables and station with forks (no knives) and soda machine was needing cleaning.

Came in after a surgery and the workers were behaving like I was an inconvenience for them. I asked for extra rice and the young worker said they were "out and had to make more" and she had a fit because I said I'd wait despite there being zero line behind me. The whole rest of the staff acted like they didn't want to help anyone and were very unpleasant. I have worked in the food industry I understand the struggle of it, however this was unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed for spending 50$ on food with such mediocre quality and poor service.

Sorry kind of bland. If you like Chipotle you will absolutely love qudoba. Soo much better.

Good food but terrible etiquette and service. Make sure to double check every single ingredient for pick up orders and don’t bother eating inside within an hour before closing, they will make you uncomfortable real quick.
