Every time I get food here they barely fill my bowl it’s actually so aggravating it’s literally ur only job

My first time eating Chipotle and I was kind of nervous. However, everything was really yummy and there were no issues with my food or service. It was a pretty good deal, too.

I ordered online and the burrito bowl was not even filled half way, the the aluminum foil cover was mangled, the chips and queso sauce was filled half way, was unable to file a complaint no way on the app which said thank You for your feedback!! I will never order again online!! 🤬🤬🤬

We picked up our mobile order to find that it was half eaten. We went back to get a new bowl and the customer service was terrible. They gave us glares and didn’t care to show any sympathy or kindness.

The food was decent but noticeably more expensive than my last visit. The service was adequate, though nothing exceptional. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing.

When I arrived, not a single table was clean. I had to wipe a spot on a dirty table myself just to sit down and eat. Despite having over eight employees, only one came out from the back to clean—but rather than wiping tables, they slowly and awkwardly swept around them. At one point, they even interrupted me to sweep under my table, yet still, no tables were wiped down.

Now, more than 40 minutes later, not a single table has been cleaned. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness really detracted from the experience.

Ordered a bowl with extra chicken delivered and there was no chicken (any at all) and the bowl wasn’t even a quarter full. Actually funny how little food was in the bowl.
