I recently visited the Cinnabon at Southgate Mall in Missoula, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I attempted to buy a 4-pack of cinnamon rolls, but the employee Cloud refused, stating they were out of stock—even though there were clearly some available. Instead, I was told I could only purchase a single roll. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were frustrating, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

This is one of the lowest rated restaurant in missoula and boy do they live up to that reputation. You have nasty managers that are all over their phones then handle your food. Managers that if the store does anything wrong it's the customers fault not theirs and you have clueless kids working there that don't start making your order till 30 mins after you place it because they have no accountability at this store. This is what you get when you have adults that act like kids manging kids.

Was really impressed by the service!!! They consistently had food coming out, showing they want to keep their food as fresh as possible!! All of the crew was working and do something. Nobody is distracted or not working. The young lady at the front with glasses and I believe red and green or blue hair was super kind and understanding. She seemed well trained and knew what she was doing. She looked really young though so I’m really surprised with how skilled she was!! She look like maybe 16 or so. She was fast and efficient and was really nice. She communicated everything very well. She had another young lady who had a ponytail and earrings helping her who was great too but wasn’t as fast but she seemed a little new so it made since. The food smelled and tasted amazing!! I’m glad I came here and look forward to coming more often!! All the workers were nice and had a great communication with each other so that everyone knew what was going on. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy my food the next time I come. I hope that the young lady who took my order with be my cashier again, I loved her sweet and kind nature!! Hopefully she is working the next time I come! Cinnabon really hired a great inspirational, great working young lady!! Good job Cinnabon! Keep that great young worker of yours!

I actually wish I could give zero stars. Worst service ever!! The girl Jennie at the counter tried to rip me off and charged me more money than what their menu stated. She actually had no clue what she was doing. I got 4 mini cinnamon rolls and it was $15.99 when their menu says you can get 9 mini cinnamon buns for $18.99!!!! So basically, I could’ve gotten 5 more cinnamon rolls for $3 more! Are you kidding me? The girl tried to say four of the mini ones are comparable to the price of two large ones. No, it’s not according to your menu. Then the guy working said they didn’t have any 9 packs granted they could’ve just grabbed 5 more cinnamon rolls from the counter! Customer service was horrific. I asked for a manager they said no one was available. They didn’t even bother to give me the deal nor let me keep the cinnamon rolls once I demanded for a refund! Train your staff on your prices so they’re not ripping customers off!

Nobody was there yet still over a 10 min wait time. Hair in my Cinnabon and didn’t inform me there was no coffee until after I ordered. Place is in shambles, nuclear destruction will occur.

Delectable. Fresh cinnamon roles with great flavor. Deffinitly on par with The Good Food Stores cinnamon roles for sure. The staff weren't especially experienced, such as not knowing wither they accepted American Express Cards or not. (They don't.) Other than the inexperienced staff, everything was great! Totally reccomend it!

Went to this Cinnabon and watched two employees stand around and do nothing while one kid checked people out with cash and gave change and then food with the same gloves dipping way into the hot bar server with no reservations. One young kid in street clothes was in the kitchen and had long hair that was down blowing in the breeze surely a health code violation. Computer had an issue, line was long. Girl employee apologized, but continued to stand there and do nothing to help the young man serve and check out EVERYONE! Must have been the owners daughter. Not impressed. Will never spend money at this establishment.
It's been over 40 minutes an still havnt gotten my dash order. ?

just went by and got one cinnamon roll and a frozen lemonade. the lady was so rude to me and acted like i was stupid the entire time. there were no forks in their silverware bucket and i asked if they had any forks she said “check the bucket”, i said there aren’t any in there. she scoffed and grabbed one from under the counter and practically threw it on the table towards me. also, the frozen lemonade was so poorly mixed that all the syrup was just at the bottom. the whole staff needs to be fired
