Went to this Cinnabon and watched two employees stand around and do nothing while one kid checked people out with cash and gave change and then food with the same gloves dipping way into the hot bar server with no reservations. One young kid in street clothes was in the kitchen and had long hair that was down blowing in the breeze surely a health code violation. Computer had an issue, line was long. Girl employee apologized, but continued to stand there and do nothing to help the young man serve and check out EVERYONE! Must have been the owners daughter. Not impressed. Will never spend money at this establishment.

just went by and got one cinnamon roll and a frozen lemonade. the lady was so rude to me and acted like i was stupid the entire time. there were no forks in their silverware bucket and i asked if they had any forks she said “check the bucket”, i said there aren’t any in there. she scoffed and grabbed one from under the counter and practically threw it on the table towards me. also, the frozen lemonade was so poorly mixed that all the syrup was just at the bottom. the whole staff needs to be fired

Delectable. Fresh cinnamon roles with great flavor. Deffinitly on par with The Good Food Stores cinnamon roles for sure. The staff weren't especially experienced, such as not knowing wither they accepted American Express Cards or not. (They don't.) Other than the inexperienced staff, everything was great! Totally reccomend it!

Stood there for about 5mins while the manager and worker discussed all of the breaks everyone had. I just wanted a frappe. They were out of the frappe because a worker lost a piece of equipment. Therefore waiting for a new one. Decided to go somewhere else in the mall.

I work at the mall and only been here a handful of times and never have liked the outcome. I open the same time and can’t get anything even a minute before work..one day I asked when they open and the girl was sooooooo rude and yelled we aren’t open. Then if I’m not berated for asking when they open all the Cinnamon rolls are old and stale because the staff lets them sit there because they refuse to sell to people until feel ready. Terrible feel terrible service

Showed up at 6:28 they close at 7. I tried to order pretzel dogs which were on the menu. They said that they stopped cooking for the evening. I would suggest if they aren’t willing to cook or make something to take it off the menu and sell their precooked food at a discount.the food we got that was already cooked was probably cooked in the morning terrible food and service!

I was just waiting in line (Nov. 19th, 4pm) and some middle age, shorter blonde woman had her mask pulled down and was eating food right in front of the counter where the dough is rolled while another (unmasked) employee was preparing dough. She had her gloves on as she was eating and proceeded to touch her face after she was done. She then went over to the other counter and started rolling dough for the hot dog pretzels. Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t even wash her hands or change her gloves. Even if we weren’t still in the middle of a pandemic, this would be unacceptable. You don’t have to work in food service to know why this is wrong. She is a risk to public health and safety. I definitely left that line after seeing that. Nasty.

We ordered 3 middle of the rolls, a cup of pretzel bites, a pretzel dog with Jalepenos and milk. First the middle of the rolls we asked for them to be heated and they were heated for 10 seconds. The cup of pretzel bites were burnt. We ended up not wanting the pretzel bites due to how burnt they were. The children working the counter took the pretzel bites and then put them back in the heated space and resold them. The middle of the rolls were super hard, and one of them was hard enough it was uneatable. That middle of the roll was brought up to the employees attention and they asked for a receipt which we did not get even though we asked for one. We were there literally 7 minutes before this occurence. The staff took what was on our order which was 3 middles of the rolls, a jalapeño pretzel dog , and a milk to look up a receipt. The whole place was being ran by all 14 year olds with an Assistant Manager who would not come over and assist. They grabbed the oldest gal who looked to be a dishwasher, and she was the most ignorant. They tried to find our receipt and could not find it. The excuse was "we have taken over 500 orders today." We stood there waiting for a refund and then for them to find our receipt for 15 minutes. The older gal sent over a young gal and we were told "we cannot help you so you need to step away from the counter". We asked for the older gals name as I have never dealt with someone so much more ignorant in my life. We were just yelled at that we needed to leave. Every employee just walked away and ignored us at this point. They took the uneatable roll that was paid for, we did not receive a new one nor did we get a refund. We donated money to Cinnabon which I would have preffered to put that money into our community another way. We have been big supporters of Cinnabon but after this experience and how your staff treated us with no manager on duty is unacceptable and I refuse to go back. This location needs some proper training on customer service.
