I go to get an ice cream. A baby cone is too expensive

I placed an online order and ended up canceling it on August 26th. Every employee claims to have no knowledge of how to refund an online order. So here I am, almost a month later, with over $40 that I have still yet to receive.

We were at the Store in Missoula, MT on a Sunday evening. They were out of 3 of the major ice creams and brownies. There was only one person behind the counter. She said she was there only 2 weeks. When she came into work the three people who were working packed up and left her by herself with out any ice cream replacement or some of the condiments.
She couldn’t even clean off the tables bc she was so busy. I felt bad for her. She was trying to keep up a good attitude. she did a good job. no one should be left alone with no supplies to work with or trying to keep up with making all the treats and on line orders and be the cashier.
The manager needs to check into this.

But, the place is disgusting.

It is very obvious that the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

I probably won’t go back again.

Restaurant and bathroom was absolutely filthy. The worker acted like she would rather be anywhere but there doing her job. Also, the ice cream also tasted weird.

They need some more training, they need to clean their ice cream board and ice cream scoops. Frustrating when I order and the worker happens to see someone they know in the store and I’m not even acknowledged. They give me the wrong size and I'm charged for the bigger size. I would suggest counting change back as well, as I received the wrong amount. Maybe actually adding in the toppings and mixing them well enough would be good too.

Went and bought 2 cups of ice cream and asked for a cup water was told that I had to buy a bottle of water.
I won’t support a business that can’t give me a couple of water with my purchase. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Water should be free.

The teenage girl who helped me wasn’t wearing a uniform and had on some inappropriate belly shirt like she’s starved for attention. This isn’t instagram, kid. Put some clothes on and scoop the ice cream. She also had an attitude like she thought she was something special. No, you’re a loser working in a dirty overpriced ice cream shop.

I come here all the time, and I have noticed that even though the prices are higher than they used to be, the portions are even smaller as well. I mean I never tip less than a buck no matter what so I pay over $7 for a love it size and don't even get a like it size. The ice cream wouldn't have even gone over the top of the cup in a like size. I mean come on really??? This is why places are going out of business. Customers know prices are higher than ever before but at least give us what we pay for and when the customer comes in to complain don't laugh that's not polite. You kids need a little more training before being left on your own. They did make it right, but I shouldn't have had to go back in in the first place. You should have the cups with fake ice cream in them so customers can see what they will get or weigh it out. It's never consistent. I can say the one girl was super friendly and the boy was trying and he was friendly as well, he is just new and wasn't sure what to do and the trainer wasn't training to well and the fact that she laughed and thought it was funny when I brought it back, made me want to take my tip back, but I didn't.

Ice cream delicious and nice emloyees. I would recommend not having the cones setting out in the open with all those flies that had gotten inside the place. I was glad the ice cream was in a closed case and there were disposable bowls that could be used instead of the cones.

Great flavors and speedy service.

I feel awful for the kids working here. There’s a HUGE leak in the ceiling and water is pouring everywhere in the lobby including through an electrical light. It can’t be up to code to keep operating. Everything in this place is filthy. The boards, utensils, everything. The fruit they put in my ice cream looked old and rotten.I saw multiple people walk in and walk out. I wish I had done the same.
