The turnover must be high here. I’ve met some pleasant employees but the last month or two have only been unprofessional employees.
There’s always a nasty sewage smell.
The temperature was very hot and flies everywhere.
The music had cussing and racial slurs.
The most significant issue is the sanitation. So not only were there flies everywhere, the employee from this visit did not change gloves after handling cash and cards and immediately went to preparing ice cream and stuck her hand into the topping jars to grab toppings instead of using the tongs. Unacceptable. That made me so uncomfortable that I’m not going back to this location.
They won’t start your online order until you get there. What’s the point? Every single time, I stand there waiting 15+ minutes even if my pickup time was 30 minutes ago. They don’t have lids and the people working have 0 training. I’ve tried so many times and I’m finally done coming here.
The new store manager openly and publicly states on social media that it is ok for disabled children and adults to be discriminated on treated illegally. Your ice-cream is great but I'll doubt I'll come in when you have this gem working or ever. Research who you Hire for supervisory positions in the future please.you guys have good ice cream. It just should be prepared by good people as well
They were not wearing gloves while handling the food. I watched the girl grab the reeses and put it in the ice cream with her bare hands. Then she put gloves on only to scoop ice cream. But took them off again for toppings.
Took my daughter in a couple minutes ago and the lady was an absolute delight. My daughter wanted cotton candy and chocolate fudge and she encouraged her adventurous tastes. Turns out she loved it! The lady even enthusiastically put gummy bears on it after my daughter spotted them. I can tell she's got passion for what she does. I also got a milkshake from her months ago after my wisdom teeth removal and she was just as polite and friendly then. Would rate higher if I could!
Went in at 8:15 pm 5/11 (closes at 9) one girl was making the ice cream the other was cleaning. We waited in line for 30 minutes and just to be next to get our ice cream made when a guy comes in the door and says “are you guys only taking cash” the girl says yeah we are only taking cash. No one said anything the whole 30 minutes we were in line and we did not have cash so we had to leave… so unprofessional also I’m all for starting your closing duties early but not if you have a line that’s taking 30 min + to get through. If I went back in and saw those two workers honestly I think I’d leave because it was such a frustrating experience. Also as a side note the music being played was heavy rap music with a curse word every other word which was kind of wild to me
Came in here with my hubby and the whole place was very unclean. There was only 1 person working and the store was empty. She looked at us and then went in the back. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged at all. Waiting for 10 minutes and still wasn’t spoken to so we ended up leaving. This place is just a wreck and I’m surprised it’s still in business at this point.

I placed an online order and ended up canceling it on August 26th. Every employee claims to have no knowledge of how to refund an online order. So here I am, almost a month later, with over $40 that I have still yet to receive.

We were at the Store in Missoula, MT on a Sunday evening. They were out of 3 of the major ice creams and brownies. There was only one person behind the counter. She said she was there only 2 weeks. When she came into work the three people who were working packed up and left her by herself with out any ice cream replacement or some of the condiments.
She couldn’t even clean off the tables bc she was so busy. I felt bad for her. She was trying to keep up a good attitude. she did a good job. no one should be left alone with no supplies to work with or trying to keep up with making all the treats and on line orders and be the cashier.
The manager needs to check into this.

Restaurant and bathroom was absolutely filthy. The worker acted like she would rather be anywhere but there doing her job. Also, the ice cream also tasted weird.
They need some more training, they need to clean their ice cream board and ice cream scoops. Frustrating when I order and the worker happens to see someone they know in the store and I’m not even acknowledged. They give me the wrong size and I'm charged for the bigger size. I would suggest counting change back as well, as I received the wrong amount. Maybe actually adding in the toppings and mixing them well enough would be good too.
Went and bought 2 cups of ice cream and asked for a cup water was told that I had to buy a bottle of water.
I won’t support a business that can’t give me a couple of water with my purchase. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Water should be free.
