The drink was amazing and the atmosphere was on point. The lady is there make you feel special by the way they greet you with enthusiasm and smiles. Like you're their favorite customer every time. This is a rarity amongst drink or fast food places

kinda bummed out bc their card reader couldn't read my card and i missed out on a decent chunk of time waiting for my drink, and then missed out on the drink completely due to their card reader. i wanted to split the payment between two gift cards, and it wouldn't read unless the gift card had the full amount of the purchase on it, which is kinda pointless bc im splitting the payment for a reason? i understand inventory and what not, but as someone that's worked with square, i know they could've manually split the payment, instead of whatever they did. i then used the card for a different purchase elsewhere, that was the same amount of money, and i had no issue at all. just bummed out i guess):

This place particularly takes FOREVER! All they do is talk talk talk. They are not professional at all. They need to work on their time. As a person who has been a barista before, stop talking and actually get stuff done please. Not to mention they are so phony, and talk so loud

I love the moonshine drinks! They have great natural energy drink concoctions. I tend to steer away from here though when the lines are long. The gals are so friendly but take an average of 5 minutes per car every time I have gotten in line. I don't have time for that. BUT, if the lines are short I will definitely be getting my drink and usually have some sort of coupon from their rewards program! (100% recommend being apart of that).

Today was my first visit to Copper Mountain. The two young female baristas were both personable and professional, which earns 3 stars right there because that is what matters most to me!
I ordered a 12oz hot whole milk latte with pumpkin and toasted marshmallow. The drink was tasty and prepared quickly, but not as hot as I expected. I worked at the South Reserve Starbucks for 9 months, so I'm familiar with what temp various drinks should be. I could not taste any pumpkin, but perhaps the toasted marshmallow flavor overpowered it.
I think your prices are very reasonable and I will definitely give you another try for a morning pick-me-up! I will order the latte extra hot and skip the additional flavoring. Keep up the great work ladies!

The girls Nat*Nova and Kelly were fantastic! They were extremely nice, friendly and bubbly. The drinks fantastic. One of us didnt know what to and they made us a mystery drink and it was fantastic!
Staff is always super nice. Wasn’t feeling good so I went to get something hot to help my throat and received the best London fog. Best coffee company in Missoula.

Perfect coffee stop as we went to cruise around town! We had a very brief wait before we could order and the gal at the window, unfortunately did not catch her name, was incredibly kind. Great customer service. I ordered an americano without cream and when I got a latte instead, she corrected it without issue. The americano was delicious—I’m sure the latte was too! My wife got a lavender matcha latte and that was well enjoyed. Overall, Copper Mountain Coffee was very convenient and tasteful. If we ever roam through Missoula again—we’ll be back!
