Very upsetting when I look up the hours of operation and drive all the way from my house just to see the damn sign up in the drive thru a hour earlier than what it says online. This has happened to me many times and it ticks me off to get my children excited for a late night treat just to be shocked once again the hours are wrong. Please fix your drive thru hours if you're not going to be open that late don't lie and have people count on you being open it's not right!!!!

The drive-thru window worker was incredibly rude. She was super short and looked annoyed to be helping us. She also shoved our food bag in our faces and then slammed the window on us as soon as we grabbed it from her. This was on 9/11/25

I ordered two mini pumpkin blizzards and they didn’t serve either of them upside down and I pointed it out and she lied to my face and said that they don’t do that with the pumpkin ones because of the whipped cream, but that’s bullshit because I Turned it upside down, and the whipped cream didn’t even budge they just didn’t wanna give me a free one

By far the WORST dairy queen i have ever been too. I waited in the drive through for around 15 minutes and by the time i was at the window i was never greeted, and never acknowledged. I have worked food service and try to give grace to food-service workers but this was honestly appalling.

Great employees, very nice and quick. But 5.50 for like 10-15 cheese curds are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Definitely won't be going back to dairy queen 😂

7 employees on the clock. Drive-thru times 4-5 minutes. Lovely dropping F bombs and disrespecting the Lords name.
I will definitely not be going back. Family and friends will know my terrible service. Very disappointing.
