Every time I come through here I end up waiting about 20-30 minutes in line. That’s no problem. But when I ask to have a blizzard remade because it was made at the beginning of the 20 minutes, I’m refused. It may not have dropped, but I could barely hold the thing without squishing it out of the cup due to it being so melted within. The cashier was kind and spoke with a manager about what to do so I know this was managements choice. Not worth it at all. Now I’ve got a mess in my vehicle because the melted one had no lid either. Thanks guys! Awesome job management.

Drive through, container was nearly empty, toast was soggy, and the ranch looked vile. $12 for 10 fries, four soggy chicken strips and toast?

Quantity isn’t really worth the price anymore to be honest and it takes a long time. Not sure why they gave us four things of dry sauce when between two chicken strip baskets we had a total of 15 fries. We ordered two kids menu items and they came with more fries than we got. Sadly this is the second time it’s happened.

Toast was cold, poor/slow service not a lot of fries in the chicken strip basket.

Went in for 2 small cones and a small blizzard. We went and sat down and I watched our items be put up. The gal was a little busy but had time to flip out her phone. We went up to the counter to get our items because at this point we had to leave. I pointed to our items and she grabs my blizzard off the upper counter and flips it over in front of me and it goes everywhere. Needless to say I didn’t want soup and I had her make me a new one. The cones were melting and she was absolutely rude to us.

Asked for peanuts instead of oreos. Kid charged me an extra dollar. Then when I said ok then I want oreos on the side if I have to pay extra. Then they didn't give me peanuts, but they gave me oreos on the side.

We went to DQ in Missoula Aug 5th.It cost $4.20 for an order of onion rings. I got 2 tiny ones and 3 medium ones 1/2 inch thick and tough as hell. It was robbery, pure and simple.DQ do better.
My husband and I live close by and have gone to this DQ out of convenience. Unfortunately both this time and the last time we have ordered we've been given the wrong order. Last time they gave a smores blizzard when it was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake. I was ok with it last time because people make mistakes. Tonight, my husband went and picked up what was supposed to be a large cotton candy blizzard, a quart of frozen soft serve, and a large strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Not only did they give me the wrong flavor, they literally just put graham cracker and strawberry sauce and called it a day. On top of it they gave a small when it should have been a large. We certainly paid for a large given that those 3 items were $19. So disappointed. We're going to be driving to the Higgins location now, which is way out of our way, but at least they give us the right order and dont over charge us for something we didn't order. Hopefully Fairy Queen will see this, reach out, and make it right, but I dont have too much hope. If they end up reaching out and correcting the issue, I will update my review to reflect that.

Blizzard took a long time to be made and it was basically soup. The guy didn’t even try to turn it upside down because he would have been wearing it.

The food was good, nothing special but certainly solid. The cookie dough blizzard was fantastic, and I had the double backyard burger with onion rings. The rings were perfectly cooked in my opinion, good crunch without being overcooked. The burger was kind of sloppily assembled, but that's not a big deal. They don't shy away from the bbq sauce either, which is good, many places barely have any.
My only issues, first off the dining room isn't laid out very well, too many divider walls, makes the place feel very small, and it's already kinda small. Second, the majority of people who were in ordering never sat down, they just hover around the counter, it's hard to know who is waiting for an order to go and who is waiting to order.
And my biggest complaint, sanitation. I'm food service manager certified, and the lack of handwashing by the front counter person, who is running the register and taking cash, then turning around and handing people their food, especially ice cream cones, with no gloves, no washing, nothing. And then, dude takes off his hat, shakes his long hair all over the place, then slaps his hat back on with hair all over sticking out. Not only is this wholly unsanitary, but is absolutely unprofessional. I chose not to try and watch those in the back, because the whole team there just gave off an air of not caring.
