You sit in line for an hour just for them to say that they are only taking cash and that everybody’s gonna suck it up no sign nobody comes out to let you know terrible service the employees all had a terrible attitude about it

This Dairy Queen doesn't open until 12pm. However, they may not even open at that time even if there are employees working. I waited for them to open, knocked on the door, stood in the drive through and ended up getting in my car to go through the drive through to find out when the lobby was going to open. I was on a time crunch and wanted to pick up a bday cake. Found out after going through the drive through that the front cashier hadn't shown up on time and that's why they didn't open the front doors. Very poor customer service and I had to physically go through the drive through to find this out. While speaking to the employee in the drive through, I got enough info and left. Were they done talking to me? No, but I was in a time crunch and already running late, so I ran into the lobby grabbed the cake, paid for it and left. I'll never be back to this location again. Such poor service. Not my first time having bad service, but it will be my last. Save yourself a headache and go support a local ice cream shop.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 min. Workers just hanging out inside. This location is going down hill fast.

Walked up with my family just now. 7pm the worker saw us and ran inside and locked the door. Good job, Dairy Queen. Your dining room is open until 8 pm.

This happened 11/18/24.
We were walking up to the building as 2 young employees that were standing outside saw us approach they ran in, got the keys, and locked the door. We were steps away from opening the door. There was a female employee at the front counter watching with a grin. We also noticed the dining room chairs were flipped up on the tables. It was 7pm. when he locked the door. As I looked at the hours posted and then looked at my watch. We took our business to Freddy's. Where they were happy to serve us ice cream.
We aren't looking for anything out of this as we won't be returning. If they don't want to serve us, then we are happy to take our business elsewhere.

Went through Drive thru. Workers standing around it took quite a while to get 2 blizzards and an order of fries.

Two Blizzards ordered and when tipped upside down and given to us, they almost ran out of the cups and both had milkshake consistency. Inquired why the product is so runny and the cashier's response was, "We turned it upside down." A bite was taken from each Blizzard and both had an odd taste. The customer sitting next to us even inquired why our Blizzards looked so runny. We ended up throwing them in the garbage and leaving as it was very apparent that trying to find a solution was pointless with the staff.

The general manager has an awful attitude and was unable to handle a simple incorrect order. Made my order wrong, instead of remaking it or refund, she just got flustered and walked away.

Blizzards were melted when I got them, as well as others. It appeared they were prioritizing taking orders rather than handing out the ice cream that was melting. Staff was friendly, and there was a druggie zoned out in a car in front of the place. Not the best and not the worst DQ out there, but I've had better experiences at the other one in town

where do I begin Ice cream was melted, messed up my order, my bun on my burger was dry. The employees were not friendly and didn't help us

Frustratingly inconsistent. I've been going to this location for years and it's always hit or miss. Latest visit I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket and a burger. Chicken Basket was fine, burger LOOKED great but was STONE cold. Do better.

Close the drive though open the LOBBY!!!!!!!!!
