Stopped here to meet friends while I was traveling for the holidays. Was told there would be a 45 minute wait for our food. That was actually fine, gave us a chance to visit. Our server was wonderful, our cups were continuously filled and we were checked on numerous times, making sure we were still okay with the wait. The food arrived and everything was great. Overall, I had a good time with friends and our dining experience here was great. I will be back on my return trip.

I was so pleased with my server Angela today . I was taking my daughter out for a meal she is a new mom of a one month old baby, it’s very hard to get my daughter out these days she is going through the baby blues but Angela was so kind and compassionate to my daughter giving her compliments reassuring her concerns with her own personal experiences. I just want to say it was so nice to see my daughter relax and socialize and Angela was even able to get her to laugh I am so grateful we stopped in and had Angela as our server. The food was excellent also ?

Every time I eat at Denny’s I make sure to get Angela! She has the best customer service I have seen in any restaurant! She is friendly, social, and makes sure to take care of each and every customer! At this point I don’t even have to say what I want to order, Angela just knows and never fails!

Me and my children went to Dennys a couple weeks ago and got sat with our favorite server Angela. She was pretty busy as she had a few tables but a bigger party in the corner. Although she was busy she was detailed oriented when it came to my kids meals (they are kind of particular). She told us when we sat down there would be a little wait for food bc of the big table in the corner (which we didn't mind). Our food came out perfect and the wait wasn't long at all. The whole staff was friendly.

It was refreshing to have a waitress who wasn't an a*****e for once! She was pleasant, efficient, let us eat while making sure we weren't in need so we could enjoy our meal with satisfaction. The cooks did great by getting our order out quickly - which helped as we were eating late, so we're hungry And tired - and it was all cooked just as ordered! Very rare, but and so, Great job Denny's staff on tonight!

Wow. Cashier up front was stoned out of his mind. Cook was found sitting in his car out back. A table of weirdos was playing their own music at their table for the entire restaurant to “enjoy”. Get your life together or close the restaurant. You can’t serve people so close it down. Ridiculous waste of time.

This review is solely for Danny. Danny was so nice and was always coming by to make sure you had everything you needed. Danny also communicated great with my table about delays in the kitchen.

Danny our server was top notch. He had my 74 year old mother who has dementia happy and laughing like a little school girl. Food was very good and fast. It was such a great experience we will return on our next trip to missoula in hopes Danny is our server.

I work for door dash and apparently Denny’s is not accepting orders but they have not updated it on line, I tried to phone them because this was the second time it happened and I wanted to verify before I accepted the order and came this way that they were in fact taking orders for door dash. I get there cause there was no answer on the phone and I am greeted with a rude lady, who stated they are not excepting Jordache orders, I let her know that I will need to cancel this and I need to take a photo saying that the store is close to validate the cancellation. She then made a rude remark and the said she didn’t have a piece of paper plates to see that so I asked her to write it out for me so I could cancel the order and she then stumps back to the back of the kitchen and threw things around for a bit and then came out and by that time there was three other customers waiting for about 10 minutes in the lobby and when she returned I asked if I could take a photo of that paper and she flipped out and said I was 86ed , Said that I had been rude multiple times which is not the case I was with a super kind gentleman the first time and walked me through the process which is why I understood what I needed to do at this occasion. , she then proceeded to yell at me making a scene in front of the rest of the customers and kicked me out of the restaurant. That is extremely embarrassing and absolutely uncalled for. I was in no way being rude and she made a huge scene in the restaurant and offended everybody that was there. And wouldn’t allow me to take a photo to cancel the order

I’ve been in a few times. The wait staff is nice and the food is okay. However, this location is one and if many “ghost kitchens” deceiving people through their food delivery apps to think they are getting higher quality food than they are. They are rude to their food delivery drivers and the manager has a mad temper (as in they like to call the cops over minor disagreements). Save yourself the stress and just visit a local cafe instead.

We were staying nearby in a Hotel, and Chose this Denny's for Dinner. We both had the Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Salad, and Garlic Toast, all well prepared and tasty!

As a door dasher I gotta be on the move. I cannot wait 15-20 minutes for one order man. Get faster or hire someone who can cook food fast. I can cook the same meals at home 200x faster.

This place is a Missoula Icon. It was my first job at 15, and I still love to eat here to this day. I had the chicken biscuit and gravy, and the fries donut bites on my most recent visit. I was seated instantly and my order came to me in less than 15 minutes. It's clean and inviting and I recommend Denny's to anyone, day or night.

The slowest Denny’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time we go in it takes 2 hours to get our food and eat. The employees complain and are rude. We won’t be returning again. IHOP is 30k minutes in and out and their employees don’t hate themselves.

If I could give a zero review I would. Every time I try to go in there to pick up door dash orders I can’t get them for a number of different reasons. Either they don’t make that order anymore or don’t have certain items on the menu or my favorite one was this morning and that was because the cook just decided he isn’t doing door dash orders after 3am. If you aren’t going to do door dash then take it off your website or ordering process, because this hasn't only happened to me. It’s happened to a lot of drivers and it’s happened to me more times then I can count and it’s very unprofessional of the establishment, not to mention not calling the paying customers who order and pay for the food to say they aren’t getting their order. Also when door dash support tried calling them they wouldn’t answer the phone! As a former General Manager this is totally unacceptable!
