As I walked in, the big older lady that was talking to a customer turned around and looked at me like I was interrupting something. I said hello (completely ignored), and quietly sat down. I was waiting for about ten minutes for a menu, as I overheard the waitress going on about her life story to this customer. The place was almost empty, with the exception of two other tables. After about ten minutes, she finally decided to bring a menu to the table that I assume was there first. She promptly returned to the customer to continue talking about her life. Considering that there was also another table that was ahead of me, I knew it was going to take forever, so I left. The other folks waiting looked very annoyed. The place smelled like wet paint and mildew, and the waitress left a very sour taste in my mouth. I have family members that live in Superior that refuse to eat here mainly because of this individual.

We have always enjoyed the food here. Pork chop sandwiches are our favorite. But the last time we were in I saw an older lady that works here tell a Hispanic family to leave after calling them some derogatory names, mind you they were eating having some drinks and gambling. There weren’t causing any issues. It was extremely racist and disgusting to see. It sounds like a call was already made by someone in town and was told yes we know who it was….. sounds like you may already be aware of this person.

I have been a patron of this establishment since the years of 8 Ball Billiards (the 80's) through the present. All I can say is WOW! The food sucks, your cooking staff is the worst I've ever seen, and your online ordering system is also bad. When an order is placed online you expect the the information regarding pickup time is pretty close within 5-10 minutes NOT 1 HOUR. Also, when a customer adds special notes, you would think those would be followed as well. NOT HERE. 10/6/24 may have been a busy night but courtesy would dictate you would mention additional time constraints when accepting the online order. Just sad.

Had steak, fries, pickles and mushrooms ? and it was not too bad at all. Great selection of beer, a few wines and soda (love that word - I'm a Canadian). One cook, two staff and a bar full of people, and things are still running like a well oiled machine. 37 tvs showing every sport imaginable. Great atmosphere, cool people, only thing missing is peanuts on the floor?
