Absolutely horrible went and ordered a drink. They messed up came back with a receipt. They told me I was banned and they wouldn’t serve me again. This is an outrage. I can’t believe that they would do this.

I had ordered a drink before the mall had closed and did not have the chance to let anyone know in order to have it remade. Unfortunately I was to incapable to find their phone number online and also live out of town. A week or so later I came in and explained the situation, they denied making me a new drink or giving a refund while also hinting that they thought I was lying since I had no receipt but did have a picture of the order. I wasn’t rude or cursing towards them but they showed attitude and were very rude I ended up leaving after saying “ok” then while I was leaving they had said “we won’t be serving you again”. Very rude very mean people wish I could give 0 star.

Good service and vareity. Friendly staff. Authentic quick options. Sushi seemed fresh, cut nicely, packing was thoughtful. Boba is okay - decent tapioca, but artificial flavors and no options for less sugar or no ice. Atmosphere a bit sterile compared to other places with similar products.

We go here weekly for Boba (drink with tapioca pearls in it) and my kiddo occasionally gets something to eat. Their Boba is fantastic, and the different flavors you can get with it are great. You can pick the flavor of the Boba and the flavor of the drink. They also make blended ice smoothies.
We haven’t tried anything we don’t like. Our favorites for the regular Boba drinks are matcha with regular tapioca and lavender with regular tapioca. The strawberry lemonade is delicious with strawberry tapioca. My favorite is the piña colada smoothie with regular tapioca.
The family that owns Dessert Palace is really friendly and they move quickly.
You get points on your purchases if you register. We’ve gotten $5 off a drink unexpectedly.
If you enjoy Boba or are curious, it’s worth going into the mall to try them out.
They are located straight through the main entrance on the left at the T.

Original Review: A mandatory stop every time we come to the mall. One day I’ll try a specialty drink but I always get the classic milk tea and my boyfriend gets the Thai Tea because nothings better than the classics. My favorite part of the mall.

Awesome variety of boba flavors and best part is that it comes blended!! Very few places do blended boba drinks so I was very happy to find a selection of blended options. Also very kind people working there--I make a lot of customizations so that my toddler can drink some without all the sugar and they are very accommodating!
