Custom meat order of beef ribs for smoking. The left fat cap had a discoloration that when render tasted inedible (pictured). Right however produced some incredible ribs that I was very happy with.

Sells awesome breakfast burritos, maybe the best in town yet... doesn't open till 11. Make it make sense.

Service was great, folks were nice. Ordered the steak frites after being told what they were out of. Cooked well but half was inedible. Very fatty and very tough. Looked like small pieces of skirt steak cut the wrong direction. Chewed and chewed and eventually spat in the waste receptacle. The cat, however really enjoyed what we couldn’t chew. $32 with a tip for fries and sauces, more or less.

They say it's all local, we got some aged smash burgers and fries, the burgers were great!

I don't really like coated fries, but I was happy to hear that they were fried in beef tallow (or pork fat if they have it, they told me). It's definitely healthier for us instead of the vegetable fats which turn carcinogenic at high temperatures.

We also bought some flat iron steaks to bring home and are about to grill them in a few minutes here, I can't wait! :)

The bathrooms and restaurant itself were very clean, and what I saw of the kitchen area was as well.

There's a lot of great breakfast burritos in town, I dont think anybody comes close to this place tho, especially for the price point. Always ready pretty quick and always delicious.

Cool vibe. Fresh produce and the food was great. Went for lunch and their double smash burger along with the Reuben was on point. Staff were happy and service was great! Will be back for sure.

This is the absolute best burger I have had. Locally grown beef. The flavor of the Swiss Mushroom Burger was fantastic. The fries were crispy and tasty with your homemade fry sauce.

The online pictures, of course, dont look anything link the samich I got. I knew it was going to be a disappointment when I was handed the samich container and it was really light in weight.

Great counter service. They were very courteous and chatty. Guess they were trying to make up for the subpar samich.

And yes I call them samiches since they weren't made in Sandwich, MA.

Meat shops make me think I am more vegetarian. They are cold, the dining room is dim, from a business plan-artificial decor, and smells of grilled meat. It was similar at Ruby River Meats in Sheridan. Kind of like eating at an abattoir`s industrial kitchen. And then the aging process for all the meats. It smells like this, and when I get my food, it smells like this. Maybe represent the vegetable kingdom at an equal level and partition meat processing and store from an open concept dining room.

Very good smash burger. Not greasy but fresh and tender. The sandwich was nicely put together. Really good fries too.

I’ve been looking for a sandwich and soup shop, in Missoula for a long time. I happened to stumble across this and by far is the absolute best sandwich and soup shop I’ve been at. Fresh and unique sandwiches, burgers, soups, and on top of it, they have an amazing meat and deli selection. First time here today can’t wait to come back and bring friends. 5+ stars!
