Ive been going to El Diablo for years, been pretty much a weekly customer and the quality has gone down significantly. You are lucky to get a half serving of meat in your burrito now. It’s a shame!
I love Nachos! But can I find some? No. I tried their Nacho Bowl. They fill a bowl with all the toppings and then throw in a bag of chips. Horrible!!! Just horrible! No melted cheese on chips. Chips were ick! A bowl heavy with toppings and thin round chips that broke when trying to put something on it, if it wasn’t already broken. It was a horrible experience with horrible food and bland servers (if that’s what they are called). $12.95 for yuk! Now I know.

Employees are kind and fast to make the food. Great atmosphere, good price and great food. They also let me hang posters/flyers in their bulletin board!

The portions here just keep getting smaller and smaller but the price doesn’t. I literally found like 8 tiny tiny pieces of steak in my burrito bowl. And charging $1.25 for sour cream is absolutely ridiculous. Probably gonna become a Chipotle gal now which is a bummer because I would prefer to support local.

Nice folks working, no problem with them. Food was bland as heck. Didn't even want to finish my burrito. Ended up going to get some food at another place just to get a full meal's worth of food in my system.

We stopped in for lunch on a long road trip. We can be Mexican food snobs, living in the Southwest. The food at El Diablo was wonderful! My fish tacos had all the right flavors, and my husband finished his chicken burrito fast. The medium salsa had the perfect consistency with their tasty chips. Will go back the next time we are in Missoula.
On the bland side, but probably lower sodium! And rarely busy!

Small local restaurant. Similar to chiplotle chain restaurant.
Grab a burrito 🌯 steak and a bowl steak.
13.25 each. $26.50 for both.
Perfect size, light meal, tasty and savory. guac was a bit salty, but I added more lime to it. It was perfect. Meat needs a bit more seasoning, but it was still good.

A simple and satisfying off campus experience. Burritos, tacos, and nachos from friendly staff. Counter service without frills and limited indoor seating.
Quick spot to grab a bite on the go.
Corn tacos were not cooked, fish tasted days old, barely any meat in the taco. Very expensive tacos for what you got.
I have gotten food from here three times and have unfortunately been quite dissatisfied each time. I wanted to reach out directly to the restaurant rather than leaving a review but couldn’t find an email.
On my most recent visit, 2/10/25 at 5:25 pm I ordered three burritos for my family. When I got home, every burrito was severely lacking the pulled pork that was ordered. My brother in law had about 4 bites of pork, I had 2, and my sister had one single bite of pork in the entire burrito. My brother ordered medium salsa and he received hot. He was not able to finish his burrito. I ordered guacamole which was an extra $1.25. I received one bite of guacamole - not worth the extra money. The burritos are also unfortunately lukewarm rather than nice and hot.
While the ingredients tasted good, we all ended up having bean, rice, and cabbage burritos rather than the pulled pork burritos we paid for. Paying $10.50 per burrito (& extra for guac) for one to four bites of pork is not worth it. We were all extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our food.
On a previous visit, we all asked for extra white sauce on our burritos and received none so that our burritos were dry and tasteless. Another visit resulted in the same lack of pork.
I have given this establishment three chances, because like I mentioned, the food does taste good. But it is just not worth spending the money if I am not receiving what I order.
I would happily order from this restaurant again if they are able to ensure the quality and quantity of the food being put into their burritos. Otherwise I will spend my money elsewhere, unfortunately.
Good food
