I used to love Florence- sadly it is not at all worth wasting my time and money on anymore. Every single time it's burnt and absolutely not drinkable! I thought I would give them one more chance today, and it once again did not work out in my favor.

I love this coffee shop and have been coming here for some time now. For some reason though today all of a sudden they can’t scan my mobile app or give me my free drink? I never have this problem with the girls in the morning time but today June 10th around 2:40 she said they can’t accept or scan the mobile app and that I have to have a physical Florence coffee card so I was unable to get my free drink. I was just there yesterday and they had no problem scanning the app or using it. I would like a manager or someone to please reach out to me if possible so that way I can figure out if I need to get a completely new coffee card because I lost mine in order to get my free drink or if I’m still able to use the app? What’s the point of having the app if the employees won’t scan it? She just flat out refused to scan it at all for me to even get my punch.

No matter what location I go to. Every time the coffee is burned and tastes terrible. Even when I order a lotus instead they can't even make that right. It comes out looking the wrong colors and you can't even taste the flavor it's like flat sparkling water at that point. I'm always disappointed when I go here.

If Copper Mountain is closed I go here. But my coffee is always watered down & it takes over 10 minutes for one drink to come out. Longest I've waited without leaving is 45 minutes. Ridiculous cause the girls just stand and talk about drama between them and other girls that work there. ? do better please.

I saw the sign for Fresh Huckleberry Smoothie while was stuck in traffic. Half through my 10 hour drive. I was super excited! She even said they could fill my 32oz tumbler! Then a bomb hit. While I was waiting for change I thought I better taste it. She asked how it was. Uuummmm gross. NO HUCKLEBERRY AT ALL !!!! The after taste was milk. Gross. It was a milk milkshake. I kindly said there was no huckleberry flavor and it tasted like milk. She just said "I'm sorry" and stared at me. Uummm.....ok...no offer to add flavor or remake it or refund me 9.25 back. I wasn't sure what to do because I don't like causing waves. So I drove away. While at the gas station I grabbed a nesquick strawberry milk and stirred it in. Thank goodnesss!!!! So I drove hwy 12 with an ok strawberry shake. I was sad for no huckleberry shake and disturbed by the lack of customer care.
I would appreciate more sugar-free options, although they have way more than some big-name places.

It's amazing to me how a coffee shop that has a Breve on thr menu can't make a Breve thr correct way. I've been to a few locations, but they all make them the same. Way way to hot and absolutely no foam on the top so it's creamy because of the diffrent style milk. Even dome of the shop use the same milk instead of half and half. I'm over it! I try to support local but you can't when they fail to make a simple drink. Quality not quanity but that's a tough one I guess!

I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.
My boyfriend got the Huckleberry smoothie....it was excellent, beware it was more of a milkshake than a smoothie.
