I got an uncooked burger after I waited about 1/2 hour in the drive thru which only had around 5 cars in it. Inedible food and they ask for a tip in the drive thru. Does this mean I should tip for someone taking my order ?

Recommend this place for it's great burgers, fast friendly service, and best of all great prices. Forgot to mention also that they give out real napkins, not those tissue paper pieces other places use that are useless.

I ordered over DoorDash. I wanted only cheese and only bacon on both of my burgers, it clearly says it on the receipt as well. Order came to the house and both of the burgers we just meat and bun. I didn’t think it was this hard to make an order correct. This happens way too often.

Marcus T. was the employee at the window when we came by on our way home from a girl's trip. We politely ordered all of our food at the drive thru. He didn't greet us in any way other than giving us our total and then looked like we'd asked him to deliver the moon when we asked to purchase two additional fry sauces when we got to the window. The pickles were completely left off a burger where we asked for extra and he gave us no ketchup even though we asked for it. Never smiled or thanked us. He literally rolled his eyes as we finished our transaction. They gave us 2 napkins- we ordered 4 meals so I'm not sure who would think that was sufficient. If you don't like your job, find a new one but don't have a job interacting with the public and spreading your misery. All of the women on this trip work in customer service and know what it looks like when it's great. This wasn't it.

It's not that this place is bad. It's just not good, it's somewhere in the middle , the food is a bit bland and very basic service is the bare minimal . We probably won't be back but it's worth trying once. You might like it.
The handsome fella in drive thru I think named Eli took my order, he was super sweet and made sure my order was correct. My burger looked immaculate, just the succulent treat I needed! And the raspberry shake was very tasty, yes indeed.
