It's great mexican food, and the portions are totally regular sized. People in Missoula complain about not having anything to eat and then trash new, good places that are working very hard to provide Missoulians with some good food. These reviews are ridiculous. "My friend is mexican and..." omg spare me.

I had 4 carne asada street tacos. Yes, they are authentic street tacos. Pretty good especially considering we're in Montana. The red sauce is spicy but isn't that hot. I'll be back to try the quesadilla and the birria.

FYI, this is NOT fast food!!! Expect to wait, but it is so worth it. Great food and people. They take their time, and the flavors definitely show that.

For Montana Mexican food, this is a great little Mexican food truck if you can catch ‘em during their limited hours. Their website says they’re open Tuesday - Saturday, 4PM - 8PM. I’ve had their quesadillas in the past which are great. This time, I decided to try their Birria which is their Mexican Shredded Beef. With San Diego as my original hometown I was excited to see it wasn’t the fake ground beef stuff! So, I got the Birria in the burrito and added (for extra $2.50, but worth it) cheese + Pico & onion w/cilantro. It’s not complete without these ingredients in my opinion. Needless to say I thought the Birria beef was excellent! Their carne asada is really great too (especially in their quesadilla). My significant other got the Bean & Cheese burrito. She thought it was really good and had good flavor. It’s not your classic refried bean burrito, just FYI. They have small salsa cups which were free. We both got a red & green salsa for ourselves. Both kinds do have good flavor, but my only slight criticism is that it’s too thin and watered down. I’m not certain if this is just how the last batch came out or if is a cost-cutting measure for FREE salsa. I don’t specifically remember this coming to mind when I ordered my carne asada quesadilla there the last time. Anyways, I totally recommend the food here if
you can catch ‘em when they are open. They share the parking lot with the ‘Imagination Brewery’ which serves the patrons grabbing a beer, but feel free to swoop in for some take out if you see them open!



Vegetarian options: They have non-meat options. Bean burritos, veggie tacos, etc.



Parking: The parking lot is owned by Imagination Brewery, so it’s usually packed by patrons. I have always been able to find at least one spot that my small car could fit in. Tighter parking but not impossible if you’re patient.

Great little food trailer. Love getting the tacos and Birria tacos are great. One of my favorite places to get tacos in Missoula.

Ordered a quesadilla with no cilantro (specifically requested) and while it doesn't have the amount of cilantro on the street tacos it does have enough to really degrade the meal for me (cilantro tastes of soap to me due to genetics)

If you have no aversion to cilantro then this is a 5/5 star place, but if you like me experience cilantro ruining a meal then avoid (1/5). For fairness that equates to a 3/5.

The Food is amazing and authentic but the cooks don’t speak English and they hired a new girl that is terrible at her job and is miserable to deal with. I feel really bad for the owners of the truck because she is affecting their business heavily. Every time I go there another customer in line complains to me about her idk her name but she has red hair. Other wise full 5 Stars all the way around if it wasn’t for her.
