We stopped here for a quick refreshment after floating the Clark Fort. After tasting three offerings which were lagers, I selected the Survey Says, and then my wife chose Peaks to Prairies. Both beers are made in house and I highly recommend trying them. We came at happy hour so the Pork Belly Tacos, which were fantastic or $1 off. We sat outside in the shade of the Guild building, and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. Great service and very clean.

We sat at the bar and watched as one bartender trained the other. It really highlighted how much skill and care goes into the craft of bartending and quality service. Even as the dinner rush flooded in, they never missed a beat. Attentive, friendly, and totally on top of it.
As for the food… chef’s kiss. 🌟 The corn ribs and tacos were bursting with flavor and surprisingly filling.
Would absolutely love to come back next time we’re in town.

Delicious tacos and elotes, with homemade corn tortillas! Street taco style, generously filled. Beer was great too! Sidewalk seating didn’t offer much shade, but we could bring our dog. Highly recommend GILD!

I always love my meals at Gild. The menu has something for everyone. I love the beers, their wine selection. They have great NA options too!
I visited June 2025. Stopped by for lunch, the burrito was super yummy! I added chicken and it did not disappoint! This is a brewery too, I did not get any beer but it appeared they had a good selection. They serve Coke products. Atmosphere is cute, cozy, has a bar too to eat at. Parking is on street - pay before 5pm - a little hard to find parking at lunch time. I would definitely come back again after work to try their beers!
