On a work trip and this was my first time ever going to a Hardee's drive thru. I ordered the chicken BLT, paid the BLT price, but did not recieve a BLT. What I got was a very small chicken sandwich with pickles and onions. I dont like onions. By the time I opened it I was already miles down the road. And there was no receipt in the bag so no way to prove I got the wrong order and I wasn't able to submit a receipt for a work related expense. The chicken itself wasn't bad but overall just a really disappointing experience.

I got a Frisco burger. It was gooped with huge blobs of mayonnaise that made it gross; and the sourdough bun, that was supposed to be toasted, was soft and completely untoasted. There's clearly a lack of concern for the quality of the food

This is the worst hardees they are always out of everything and always blame it on truck they definitely need to do a better job ordering here maybe get a new manager since all she can do is sit down

I’ve been coming through Missoula for a few years now and have always hit up this Hardee’s on the way- I was greeted when I came in, got my order taken by Kaydance and they were lovely and very thorough with my order to make sure it was correct- pricing was decent and my food came out super fast today love speedy service! it was a great breakfast! Whoever is running it now is doing great with their crew!! Keep up the great work!
Came in today at 4:59 PM there was a gentleman in front of me. I asked him had he ordered yet and he said no he’s been waiting a while so I peaked around the corner and saw an employee leaning up against where the food is prepared on his cell phone scrolling social media. I said excuse me are you guys closed? He looked at me, shook his head and got out of my direct site. The other employee came over and said I’m really sorry. I am trying to bring some chicken right now. There’s five of us here though we are working. The manager came out from our office. I think she was a female and said nothing to us so all of us in line left. What a shame that we have people like this working these days there’s no work ethic at all anymore.
