Waited and waited for them to open. Seems like 11 am is just a suggestion? Turns out the employees were waiting on the manager to open. That’s the excuse I was given at least. Zero accountability. A team is only as good as their leader. Apparently the customer service isn’t a thing here.

I ordered a turkey hoagie with a large cheese frie and wasn't even a large looked like a small with a bunch of cheese. Was gonna complain about the service but didn't have the energy cuz I just wanted to eat with my twin boys and just get out of there. Definitely wasn't worth 28.00 dollars for the food we ate..

Was a bit disappointed with the portion size for the small cheese fries. Seems they have reduced the amount of fries you get by half.
Honestly, this used to be one of my favorite fast food places. The fries were so over cooked that the outside was crunchy and the inside was dried out. The Hoagies had piles of seasoning salt that needed removed to make it edible. For 35 bucks for a pair of hoagies, 2 spins, and a large cheese fry was a huge bummer. The workers were nice and its still the same old place that I used to like, so they get an extra star for that.

So I originally live in Billings Montana but once upon a time I used to live in Missoula and coming back here to find out there is only one hoagieville left in the mall was so disappointing it's one of the best foods atmospheres great customer service was amazing still I will keep supporting hoagieville until forever if not find the recipes hopefully not in case something ever happens but best place to go still to this day
