Drove 4 hours to eat here because it is my husband’s absolute favorite sandwich stop and he’s been dying to have it. Google says it opens at 10am on Saturday so we went there. We waited until 11:25 and they still weren’t open. The staff had an awful attitude when asking just what time they opened they said in 20 minutes and they still hadn’t opened. Thankfully Texas Roadhouse was opened and had an amazing experience there for the 4 hour trip across the state.

12/05/24- The last Hoagieville and I can see why, the young staff treat guests like dirt, the cheese fries are cooked so long they are now a hardened mess and the Orginal Hoagie is a shell of its former self! Shame on you Bob & Nik!!

My wife annd I were turned away last night (Friday 10/11) at 6:55 pm. Crew was 100% teenager boys that said “We’re closed.” After looking online it said they were open until 8pm. Asked them about the discrepancy and the cashiers said, “Ummm…. Family emergency.”
We won’t ever be back! If you’re gonna have a crew with 100% teenagers you need to have someone responsible to supervise them. And I’m not buying their Friday night family emergency crap.
