Waitress was very pushy. Took my card off my wallet with out even asking if I was ready to pay! Very unimpressed.
Over half the meal was burnt as well! Good god, for $77 for two…

Just went to ihop and was really disappointed; the server was grungy, morose, and disinterested. He didn't check how the food was and didn't refill drinks. When asked for the salsa that was supposed come with my breakfast tacos, he silently and off-handedly tossed it on the table. No kind words, no polite greeting, no service. Food was passable but the service brought everything down. We felt unwelcome.

Went and ordered two omelettes with coffee and our bill was $73.00!!! We were charged $34 for a build your own omelet (Bacon, tomato, green peppers and cheese) with pancakes. Outrageously expensive for mediocre food and service.

Took over 37 min just for them to come take our order then another hour for the food to come only 3 table's in the restaurant including ours they served the table that came in after us first waitress had poor customer service and food was small portioned and poor quality we even asked them if they needed help in the back because we have worked in restaurant's most our lives they said no but clearly they do need help and better servers

The service at ihop varies it can be really good i’m sure depending on what Cook is working and some days really bad. Well, ordered the egg Benedict honestly didn’t come out looking as good as the photos the eggs were *NOT* poached. Not including the sauce on the egg Benedict tasted like straight up butter who knows how many times that’s been headed up. And that’s literally one the best part about the whole dish. All I know is it should be made fresh everyday! Not including waiting like 30 minutes for the food when literally no one was in the restaurant.
Max is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve encountered in along time! Even my son commented on how nice she is. She provides fantastic service that I would recommend and have recommend to friends. We have been a repeat customer since and honestly I wouldn’t stay if there was a different waitress

Well, we won't return to the Missoula ihop location. The pancakes I got we're burnt, the hollandaise sauce has been reheated who knows how many times and the butter was separated from the rest of the sauce on my food. The portion of hash browns with my meal was laughable at best. The mac n cheese was absolutely terrible, so bad our 7 year old couldn't get one bite down. My wife enjoyed her pancakes, but she likes them on the burnt side(I dont get it either.) My son enjoyed his chicken sandwich, but the fries we're cold and chewy. Location was clean and our waitress was nice. After spending about $60 we're going to get food elsewhere because 3 of the 4 of us are still hungry.

This is some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. The cook must hate their life because you can taste the depression they feel in the food they cook, but I cant just blame the cook because it takes an especially inept management team to somehow fail at running one of the easiest businesses in America, but then again I guess I should expect much from someone who spends their time managing a diner that isnt even that good. You’re better off boiling your shoe and eating that because it’ll taste the same and save you 25$

Zero Star Restaurant! My family stopped in here for breakfast and ordered 2 omelet's, 1 coffee and 1 apple juice and we added mushrooms to one omelet. The portions were small and the food was mediocre at best. The bill was $50.73 not including a tip. The service was poor bringing pancakes instead of hashbrowns. The bathroom stall had a big hole under the toilet paper holder and you could see the person next you and they could see you, too. That's my daughter in the other stall and she knew I was taking a picture of the hole. This is an embarrassment of an establishment and it made me so mad that I will never go to another IHOP in my lifetime.
