I think the original place had character, but the remodeled is very modern and sterile. There is an internal passageway into a real dive bar next door. Food was mediocre. I would not bother to go again.
The truffle fries are likely the best in the world! The large size can keep 4 people munching a long time. Menu selection is a bit limited, but have enjoyed everything we have tried. Margaritas at most places are too sweet, but highly recommend theirs. There is outdoor seating in the back. Cost for everything is reasonable, too.
The 3 of us had to try out each others food. We had a lamb burger, beef brisket sandwich, and aidenator. We all agreed. Everything was wonderful, and we're planning on coming back again. To try out more food on the menu. We have to come back sometime during the winter. So we can try out the bison stew.
